'The Walking Dead', 'Outlander', 'Grey's Anatomy' and 'Big Bang Theory' are among shows with multiple nominations at the upcoming 43rd annual People's Choice Awards.

AceShowbiz - The nominations for the 2017 People's Choice Awards were unveiled on Tuesday, November 15. Jordana Brewster, Jamie Chung, Ken Jeong, Boris Kodjoe, Piper Perabo, Molly Shannon and Wilmer Valderrama were on hand to announce the nominees at The Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills.
In TV field, such hit series as "The Walking Dead", "The Big Bang Theory", "Outlander" and "Grey's Anatomy" are dominating the list. Joined by Netflix's breakout series "Stranger Things", they're all vying for the top prize of Favorite TV Show.
"The Walking Dead" lands two other nominations in Cable Sci-Fi/Fantasy Show category and in Sci-Fi/Fantasy Actor category for its lead actor Andrew Lincoln. "Outlander" is once again pitted against "Stranger Things" for Favorite Premium Sci-Fi/Fantasy Show title, also battling it out against "Game of Thrones", Marvel's "Luke Cage" and "Westworld".
"Grey's Anatomy" bags a total of five nominations, including Favorite Network TV Drama, Favorite Dramatic TV Actress (for Ellen Pompeo) and Favorite Dramatic TV Actor (for Jesse Williams and Justin Chambers). Also vying for the Favorite Network TV Drama gong are "Chicago Fire", "Empire", "How to Get Away with Murder" and "Quantico".
"Big Bang Theory", meanwhile, is nominated for Favorite Network TV Comedy alongside "Black-ish", "Jane the Virgin", "Modern Family" and "New Girl". The show's lead stars Jim Parsons and Kaley Cuoco are additionally up for Favorite Comedy TV Actor and Favorite Comedy TV Actress, respectively.
Some other freshman series which join the race at the PCAs through Favorite New TV Drama category include "Bull", "The Exorcist", "Lethal Weapon", "MacGyver" and "This Is Us".
The PCAs will also honor fans' favorites in movie, music and digital categories. Fans can vote for the winners via PeoplesChoice.com, Facebook and/or Facebook Messenger.
The ceremony will air live on CBS from Los Angeles' Microsoft Theater on January 18, 2017. A host and performers will be announced at a later date.
