Justin Bieber and Olivia Rodrigo Lead Nominations at 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards

The Canadian pop star is the only artist who scores two nominations for Song of the Year, facing off against Olivia, Adele, Ed Sheeran and Lil Nas X among others.

AceShowbiz - The 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards has announced its full list of nominees. Leading the nominations of this year's event are Justin Bieber and Olivia Rodrigo, who picked up nine mentions each.

The "Love Yourself" hitmaker is the only artist who scored two nominations for Song of the Year. He nabbed one nod for "Stay" featuring The Kid LAROI and "Peaches" featuring Daniel Caesar and Giveon.

"Stay" and "Peaches" are also up for Best Collaboration and Best Music Video, with the former earning Justin a nod for TikTok Bop of the Year. In addition, the husband of Hailey Baldwin will compete for Male Artist of the Year and Best Fan Army.

As for Olivia, she bagged three nominations with "drivers license", including Song of the Year, Best Lyrics and Best Music Video. She's also competing against Ariana Grande, Doja Cat, Dua Lipa and her idol Taylor Swift in the Female Artist of Year category.

Elsewhere, Megan Thee Stallion will battle it out with Drake, Lil Baby, Moneybagg Yo and Pop Smoke for Hip-Hop Artist of the Year. As for Best New Hip-Hop Artist, the nominees include BIA, Coi Leray, Lil Tjay, Pooh Shiesty and Yung Bleu.

The Best Duo/Group of the Year award, meanwhile, will be a fight between AJR Silk Sonic, BTS (Bangtan Boys), Dan + Shay and Maroon 5. The list also sees Giveon facing off against Maneskin, Olivia, Tate McRae and The Kid LAROI for Best New Pop Artist.

The winners will be announced at a live ceremony in Los Angeles on March 22. Social voting starts on Thursday, January 27 and will close on March 15 at 11:59 P.M. PT.
