San Diego Comic Con 2011: Selected TV Panels on Saturday

Third day of this year's event would be filled mostly by introduction of new shows such as Steven Spielberg's 'Terra Nova' and The CW's new supernatural series 'The Secret Circle'.
The Saturday panels of San Diego Comic Con traditionally draw the biggest audience. TV stations have been fighting for a slot on the third day which would be perfect to introduce new shows. This particular year, FOX has prepared "Terra Nova" and "Alcatraz", NBC brings out "Grimm", CBS will promote "Person of Interest" while ABC has "Charlie's Angels".

Also in the July 23 event, TV Guide magazine would host a discussion about shows with supernatural themes such as "The Secret Circle", "Torchwood" and "True Blood". The panel which is moderated by William Keck is held at 2:30 P.M. At room 5AB.

10:00-10:45 A.M. Chuck (NBC) Executive producer and co-creator Chris Fedak, along with Zachary Levi, Yvonne Strahovski, Joshua Gomez, Ryan McPartlin, Mark Christopher Lawrence, Vik Sahay, Scott Krinsky with Sarah Lancaster, and Adam Baldwin, offer a Q&A with fans and an unforgettable video presentation. 11:00 a.m.-12:00 P.M. Terra Nova (Fox) Stephen Lang, executive producer Rene Echevarria, executive producer Brannon Braga and co-executive producer Jose Molina premiere footage from the highly anticipated epic adventure series. Ballroom 20.

11:00 a.m.-12:00 P.M. Sanctuary (Syfy) Catch Amanda Tapping, Robin Dunne and moderator Josh Gates (Destination Truth). Indigo Ballroom, Hilton San Diego Bayfront.

12:00-1:00 P.M. Being Human (Syfy) Sam Witwer, Meaghan Rath and Sam Huntington join executive producers Jeremy Carver and Anna Fricke. Moderated by Nadira Hira. Indigo Ballroom, Hilton San Diego Bayfront.

1:00-1:45 P.M. The Simpsons (Fox) Get insight into the daily doings of this series from creator Matt Groening, showrunner Al Jean, co-executive producer Rob Lazebnik, co-executive producer Matt Warburton, supervising producer Mike Anderson, and producer/panel moderator Tom Gammill. Ballroom 20.

1:00-2:00 P.M. Community (NBC) The cast and creative team from Sony TV's critically acclaimed NBC series -- Joel McHale, Chevy Chase, Donald Glover, Yvette Nicole Brown, Danny Pudi, Gillian Jacobs, Alison Brie and Ken Jeong and executive producers Dan Harmon, Joe Russo, Anthony Russo, Neil Goldman, Garrett Donovan and Russ Krasnoff -- come together for an animated discussion and Q&A session about what's in store for viewers this fall! 2:00-2:35 P.M. Family Guy (Fox) Alex Borstein, Seth Green, Adam West and executive producers Mark Hentemann, Steve Callaghan and Kara Vallow present a sneak peek at the new episode Stewie Goes for a Drive, featuring voice guest star Ryan Reynolds, followed by a Q&A session. Ballroom 20.

2:35-3:15 P.M. American Dad! (Fox) Catch a preview of the Season 7 premiere of American Dad, featuring guest star Cee-Lo Green as a singing hot tub, followed by a Q&A with cast members Wendy Schaal, Scott Grimes, Rachael MacFarlane, and Dee Bradley Baker and executive producers Mike Barker, Matt Weitzman, and Kara Vallow. 5:15-6:00 P.M. The Secret Circle (CW) Series stars Brittany Robertson, Thomas Dekker, Phoebe Tonkin and Natasha Henstridgejoin executive producers/writers Kevin Williamson, Andrew Miller and Richard Hatem for a screening of the pilot and Q&A session. Room 6BCF.

5:15-6:00 P.M. Alcatraz (Fox) Catch a special pilot screening of Alcatraz, a chilling new thriller centering on America's most infamous prison and the mysterious return of its most notorious criminals. Writer and executive producer Elizabeth Sarnoff and series stars Sarah Jones and Jorge Garcia will be present. Ballroom 20.

5:30-6:30 P.M. Teen Wolf (MTV) Tyler Posey, Crystal Reed, Dylan O'Brien, Tyler Hoechlin, Holland Roden, and Colton Haynes -- along with executive producer Jeff Davis and director/co-executive producer Russell Mulcahy for a Q&A session, plus an exclusive sneak peak at the remaining four episodes. 6:00-6:45 P.M. Nikita (CW) Nikita returns to Comic-Con with series stars cMaggie Shane West, Lyndsy Fonseca and executive producer Craig Silverstein for its latest mission: to unveil an exclusive video presentation. Room 6BCF.

6:45-7:30 P.M. Person of Interest (CBS) Creator/executive producer Jonathan Nolan and showrunner/executive producer Greg Plageman -- about an ex-CIA agent, presumed dead, who partners with a mysterious billionaire to prevent violent crimes in New York City.
