AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lawrence still has the chance to go home with a statue this awards season. She is a big contender of 2014 MTV Movie Awards, being nominated in four categories for both of her roles in "American Hustle" and "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire".
"Hustle" itself leads the nomination list with eight nods along with "The Wolf of Wall Street". The second installment of "Hunger Games" series takes seven nominations while Jennifer Aniston's movie "We're the Millers" nabs six.
In addition to Best Actor/Actress categories, the MTV Movie Awards also includes quirky categories such as WTF Moment, Best Cameo, Best Fight and Best Kiss among others. Voting begins on Thursday, March 6 and ends on Saturday, April 12.
The ceremony to hand out the honors will be held April 13 and broadcast live by MTV at 9 P.M. ET from Nokia Theater, Los Angeles. Conan O'Brien has been appointed host.
