'30 Rock' Hires Actual Porn Star to Play Porn Liz

Savanna Samson, an adult film star, will play a porn version of Tina Fey's Liz Lemon in the episode called "Into the Crevasse". Interestingly, Samson is apparently a big fan of Tina since her hey-day on "Saturday Night Live".
"My entire experience in working with '30 Rock' was fun from beginning to end," Samson said as quoted by XBiz. "It's really an honor to play the porn version of the Tina Fey character as I've admired her for years on 'Saturday Night Live' and I love what she's done with this series."

October 01, 2009 11:10:39In ripped clothing and covered with dirt; that is the look that Steve Carell and Tina Fey are sporting for the first promo photo of "Date Night" from USA Today. In the romantic comedy movie, the two comedians are portraying a couple who is trying to reignite old spark, but gets into one hell of a disaster date night.
"They are a very normal couple with two kids who are sort of worn down by the exhaustiveness of their life and are jolted by the fact that a couple they know, good friends of theirs (Mark Ruffalo and Kristen Wiig) who seemed to be fine, are now getting divorced," Fey talked about the essence of the movie during a shooting break in May. "It prompted them to have this evening out."
Tina Fey Wants Justin Timberlake on '30 Rock'
September 22, 2009 10:09:13It looks like a deal is brewing between Tina Fey and Justin Timberlake. The two stars, who enjoyed a shower of attention at the recent Primetime Emmy Awards, may be sharing a screen should a deal between him and the writers of "30 Rock" reach a favorable end.
To Access Hollywood, Fey expressed her interest in getting the singer-turned-actor to join the comedy. "We should track him down. He'd be good," the depicter of Liz Lemon on the series said. "I'm sure he'd totally do it - he's not busy."

Harris, wearing white Tuxedo, worked the stage with a Broadway number of "Put Down That Remote". Fey thus picked up her sixth Emmy for her career, thanks to her resemblance to Alaskan governor Sarah Palin and her knack in spoofing her.
Fey, who left her dress at home to opt pants and blazer, paid a homage to Palin in her acceptance speech. She said, "Mrs. Palin is an inspiration to working mothers everywhere because she bailed on her job right before Fourth of July weekend. You are living my dream. Thank you, Mrs. Palin."

Also in a surprising move, "30 Rock" is benched until midseason comes.
The half-hour comedy starring Tina Fey is reserved for midseason 2010 and its Thursday slot is given to new series "Community" which is starring Chevy Chase and Joel McHale. Also coming only after the 2010 Olympics is "Chuck" which has been saved from cancellation by fans and its sponsor Subway. Tina Fey Brings Joke and Robert Pattinson Remark on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon'
March 05, 2009 02:03:53A jolly amount of laughters was brought in to the second night of "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon". The show received harsh criticism on the first day, but it was toned down on the sophomore night when Jimmy Fallon invited in fellow "Saturday Night Live" alum, Tina Fey as a guest.
Fey, who retained her bouncy nature, talked among others her role as a mother which she often forgot. "There are so many things now that I do where I'll be like, 'Oh, now I'm a mom.' Like when your kid hands you their boogers, and you take it. You're like, 'Okay, I'm a mom.' Or when I find myself getting mad because I'm trying to put underpants on someone who is dancing," Fey cracked a joke.

December 02, 2008 11:12:58Former "Saturday Night Live" cast member Tina Fey opens up to the January 2009 issue of Vanity Fair magazine about the story behind the scar on the left side of her face. Besides, she also talks about her loves for cupcakes, strippers role and nice people.
Publicly addressing the scar on her left cheek for the very first time, Fey admits "It's impossible to talk about it without somehow seemingly exploiting it and glorifying it." She goes on telling the publication that she got the scar when she was still 5 years old when a stranger walked into the front yard of her Upper Darby, Penn., home and cut her face, leaving a scar on her left cheek. "She just thought somebody marked her with a pen," her husband Jeff Richmond adds.
Tina Fey Hangs Up Her Sarah Palin Impersonation
November 06, 2008 01:11:29The U.S. general election has come to an end, and so has Tina Fey's impersonation of Republican senator Sarah Palin. The comedienne has confirmed that she will hang up her stint on "Saturday Night Live" as the fake Palin and hand out the baton to the show's regular, Kristen Wiig.
Fey, bearing a close resemblance to the politician, made a rating history for "SNL" when she performed a hilarious imitation of Palin alongside Amy Poehler as Hilary Clinton on September 13. She appeared in a couple more after that in the events leading to the November 4 election. She has previously said that after the fateful day, she would no longer play the role to concentrate on her day-time job, "30 Rock".
Will Ferrell as Bush and Tina Fey as Palin on 'SNL', the Video
October 25, 2008 11:10:40Striking while the iron is hot, "Saturday Night Live" executive producer Lorne Michaels tapped Will Ferrell to return to the sketch show as current U.S. President George W. Bush. Ferrell did the parody on the show's "Weekend Update" on Thursday, October 23 night, appearing alongside Tina Fey's now-famous impersonation of Sarah Palin.
Among the things that Ferrell's Bush discussed in the skit was the election of between John McCain and Barack Obama. He commented that the presidential candidates are "heavily patriotized" and "display much characterization" and then he offered McCain and Palin, a "prime time, heavily publicized network endorsement from George W. Bush".
Videos of Real Sarah Palin on 'Saturday Night Live' and 'Weekend Update'
October 20, 2008 09:10:12Tina Fey may have raised the rating for "Saturday Night Live" with her impersonation of Sarah Palin in recent weeks, but the real senator scored the best rating in 14 years. After a confirmation over the weekend, Palin as herself appeared on the sketch show, joined by Fey, Alec Baldwin and Mark Wahlberg.
The skit, first introduced by the so called representative of Palin, requested the journalists who attended the 'press conference' to be "seriously cool". Fey then came in as Palin, answering some questions from the press such as her view on John McCain's final debate with opponent Barack Obama. Fey said of Obama, "His words are smooth when he's talking, he's like an angel whispering in your ear. He makes John McCain sound like a garbage truck unloading trash at a landfill."
Sarah Palin May Get a Revenge on Tina Fey via 'SNL'
October 07, 2008 11:10:12There may well be a revenge on the line for Tina Fey who has impersonated Republican Vice President candidate, Sarah Palin. The Chicago Sun-Times reported that there's a chance Palin will make an appearance on "Saturday Night Live", spoofing Fey's American Express commercial ad.
It's said that there has been a debate on how to respond to the three sketches that had been done by Fey on Palin and it came to conclusion that a revenge on the NBC show would just be appropriate. If indeed Palin is plotting a sketch, her section is expected to air on Thursday, October 9 on the first of NBC's "Weekend Update" specials in prime time or on October 18 when "SNL" will not be a re-run.
Tina Fey as Sarah Palin Again on SNL's VP Debate
October 06, 2008 10:10:19Third time's a charm, Tina Fey has returned as Sarah Palin again on "Saturday Night Live" October 4 episode that sent the show's rating sky-rocketing. The comedienne spoofed Palin's Vice President Debate with her Democratic rival Joe Bidden last week at Washington University in St. Louis, Letterman.
Playing Bidden was "SNL" cast member Jason Sudekis while serving the moderator seat as Gwen Ifill was Queen Latifah. As Ifill, Latifah read out some rules of the debate including when she said, "Due to the historically low expectations for Gov. Palin, were she simply to do an adequate job tonight, at no point cry, faint, run out of the building or vomit, you should consider the debate a tie."
Tina Fey as Sarah Palin Again on 'Saturday Night Live', the Video
September 29, 2008 11:09:22Striking while the iron is hot, Tina Fey has reprised her role as Sarah Palin in the September 27 episode of "Saturday Night Live". Wearing the similar pink suit that Palin wore while giving an interview to CBS' Katie Couric, earlier that week, Fey sat across pregnant actress Amy Poehler who was there to impersonate Couric.
As the Republican vice presidential candidate, Fey was taking on the lack of Palin's knowledge on foreign affairs. When asked by 'Couric' how she would help to facilitate the democracy abroad, 'Palin' answered "Katie, I'd like to use one of my lifelines. ... I want to phone a friend." When 'Couric' told her that it was not how the interview works, Fey quoted Palin's frequent lines in an interview, saying, "Well, in that case, I'm just gonna have to get back to ya."
Tina Fey Parodying Sarah Palin on SNL, the Video
September 15, 2008 10:09:52Tina Fey twisted her hair to a formal bun and wore a different kind of glasses to resemble Vice President candidate, Sarah Palin. The comedienne returned to the new season of "Saturday Night Live" on Saturday, September 13, parodying the Republican representative alongside her "Baby Mama" co-star Amy Poehler who portrayed Hillary Clinton.
The skit was labeled as a "non-partisan message" that discussed on the issues of sexism in the hype of the presidential election. Poehler as Clinton said, "I believe that diplomacy should be the cornerstone of any foreign policy." Fey then added, "I can see Russia from my home" as a satire to Palin's lack of knowledge in international affairs.
