Max Mayer's 'Adam' Trailer Premiered
April 28, 2009 11:04:29Fox Searchlight have debuted the first official trailer of "Adam". Posted on Yahoo! Movies, the promotional video first opens with a scene where Adam talks the intricate details about Voyager II to his lunch friend. But as soon as he starts the conversation, his friend stops him, telling Adam that he is having lunch and only wants to have guy talk. Then, Adam mentions that a lady moves into his apartment complex.
Telling a story about falling in love, "Adam" follows a lonely 20-something-year-old man by the name of Adam. Living with Asperger syndrome, he develops an awkward relationship with brainy yet beautiful writer Beth, who has just become his upstairs neighbor. The two's ultimate connection leads to a tricky relationship that exemplifies something universal.
Rose Byrne, P. Diddy and Elisabeth Moss Head to 'Greek'
April 15, 2009 11:04:52The cast ensemble of "Get Him to the Greek" has expanded with the addition of Rose Byrne, Sean "P. Diddy" Combs and Elisabeth Moss. The trio has been signed to star alongside Jonah Hill and Russell Brand in the spin-off movie based on Brand's character Aldous Snow from "Forgetting Sarah Marshall".
While rapper/actor Diddy will play record company executive Sergio, "Mad Men" actress Moss will take on Daphne Binks, the uptight girlfriend of Hill's character. "Damages" star Byrne, on the other hand, is going to fill the role that Emily Blunt was originally rumored to be cast in. She will portray a promiscuous pop musician named Jackie Q who happens to be the former girlfriend of Snow.
'Knowing' Gets Red Carpet Treatment in New York

On Monday night, March 9, the city that never sleeps saw red carpet being rolled out outside the AMC Loews Lincoln Square and Hollywood actors and filmmakers coming to the venue for the special screening event of the forthcoming thriller.
Among the cast ensemble, Nicolas Cage, Chandler Canterbury, Lara Robinson and Rose Byrne were out to attend the premiere, giving their time to pose individually and collectively with director Alex Proyas for the press line. Producer Jerry Bruckheimer, TV actresses Bernadette Peters and Jill Hennessy, and "Madea Goes to Jail" actress Keke Palmer were also present.

The statement came right from Byrne's mouth during a recent interview with MTV when she was asked whether she had been contacted about the part. Denied any involvement in the project, the beauty surprisingly later exclaimed, "I think Abbie Cornish�s got it."
Hugo Weaving and Rose Byrne Placing Bait on "Tender Hook"

Making a great addition to the cast, Hugo Weaving and Rose Byrne have both been confirmed to take part in "The Tender Hook", an indie drama mystery about a young woman's rise to the apex of a love/power triangle in the world of boxing.
While Bryne is said to replace Australian fellow actress Radha Mitchell who previously was cast in, role for Weaving has not yet been determined. Alongside Matthew Le Nevez, the twosome will come under the direction of Jonathan Ogilvie who is also attached to pen the script. Production on the project is scheduled to begin February next year with Michelle Harrison and John Brousek producing.

Karen Moncrieff is doing the preparation to resurrect "The Dead Girl". It is a drama mystery flick which actually is the follow up to her "Blue Car".

007's Love Interest Finally Is Found

In recent publication, the Aussie actress reportedly is poised to become Daniel Craig's first ever James Bond girl. Apart from numbers of famous names, including Sienna Miller, Rachael Stirling and Natasha Henstridge, that have been linked with the movie, Byrne's spokesperson insisted "it's fairly certain" the actress will be cast.
