Reese Witherspoon has been picked the 1st in Hollywood Reporter's annual list of the Highest-Paid Actresses in Tinseltown.

AceShowbiz - Her latest big screen project, "Rendition," which sees her being in the same scene with boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal may be a flop, still the fact could not prevent Reese Witherspoon from earning $15 million to $20 million a movie, making her a true money maker. That amount of earning has automatically placed her at the top of The Hollywood Reporter's annual list of the Highest-Paid Actresses in Tinseltown.
Angelina Jolie, notwithstanding with her starring role in the animated "Beowulf" that earns her a mere $8 million, comes second with salary also ranging between $15 million to $20. "Shrek" beauty Cameron Diaz is third with a $15-million-per-movie price tag.
Australian movie star Nicole Kidman scores the 4th spot on the list, two spots lower than last year, with an asking price of $10 million to $15 million a film. Renee Zellweger, Sandra Bullock and Julia Roberts, all of whom get $10 million to $15 million paychecks, are 5th to 7th respectively.
Drew Barrymore and Jodie Foster, who ask $10 million to $12 million a project, ranked eight and nine, with Halle Berry finishing the Top 10, asking $10 million a picture.
