The rave reviews that people give to his movie "Twilight" earns Robert Pattinson another accolade, which is the predicate of Hottest Male Movie Vampire, in a poll compiled by Moviefone. Winning the No. 1 position, he bests some other big names in Hollywood movie industry who have previously played the role of vampires, including Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise among others.
Meanwhile, topping the poll for Hottest Females Movie Vampire is Salma Hayek, thanks for her memorable role as vampire queen Santanico Pandemonium in "From Dusk Till Dawn" (1996). She is followed on the list by "Underwold" actress Kate Beckinsale and Angie Everhart of "Bordello of Blood," both of whom secure the 2nd and 3rd spots respectively.

I'm pretty sure that Robert Pattinson shouldn't be number one... he's kinda gross and have you people seen Stuart Townsend as Lestat?? he's GORGEOUS!!! Antonio Banderas and Brad Pitt should also be above him. and it is a shame that gary Oldman didn't make the list, he was a fine vampire.
I know that everyone has their own opinions but I have to say that Tom Cruise should be higher on the list. That's just my opinion but I do like the list. Lots of Sexy Men on that list. Equal reason for the women.
Tom Cruise shouldn't even be ON this list because he was the worst (completely unsexy) Lestat possible - his casting as Lestat in Interview with the Vampire ruined the movie for all fans of the Vampire Chronicles. Anne Rice herself was appalled at his being cast but there was nothing she could do once it had been announced.
