NBC made use of Super Bowl XLIX telecast to promote its own programs. The network released promos for upcoming miniseries "Heroes Reborn" and "Saturday Night Live" 40th anniversary special during the big game between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, February 1.
