It's been two months since Amanda Bynes made a public appearance. The 28-year-old actress was spotted stepping out with a female friend in West Hollywood on Saturday, January 31. In some photos obtained by Mail Online, Amanda's hair was blonde again.
The "Sydney White" star wears a black-and-white checkered shirt over a white tee with golden motif and ripped blue jeans. She completed her look with black sunglasses, a small black shoulder bag, white shoes with black lace and pink soles and pink nails.
Amanda looked relaxed as she strolled along the sidewalk with her friend. The "Hairspray" actress was seen looking intently at her cellphone.
Last December on Christmas Day, Amanda shared a photo of her new hair color. At that time, her hair was brunette. In early January, the "Easy A" actress shared another selfie in which her hair was still brunette.
Later in that month, Los Angeles City Attorney decided not to prosecute Amanda for her September 2014 DUI arrest. According to TMZ, the city attorney thought he couldn't sell the case to jury because Amanda's Adderall's level in her bloodstream was relatively low when she was arrested.
