AceShowbiz - Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are definitely an item. While continuously denying or mostly keeping their lips sealed when asked about their dating rumors, the two couldn't hide it when they were caught on camera together.

The "Batman Begins" actress and the "Annie" actor were pictured while having dinner together on Sunday night, April 2 in the East Village in New York City. The picture obtained by Fameolous was taken outside the window, but Katie's face can be clearly seen.

Meanwhile, the man with Katie was backfacing the camera, but he was wearing a white hat which was similar to the one he donned in an Instagram picture he shared on Monday.

According to an eyewitness, the pair were also spotted after midnight "holding hands while walking near the pool" at the hotel and members-only club. "They're very serious," the source claims, adding that Katie's 10-year-old daughter Suri Cruise is well aware of their relationship.

Katie and Jamie have been rumored dating since 2013, a year after she divorced Tom Cruise.
