According to Twitchfilm, "The Raid 2: Berandal" star Iko Uwais who is known for his martial arts skills is joining the J.J. Abrams-directed space adventure alongside his two "Raid 2" co-stars Yayan Ruhian and Cecep Arif Rahman.

So far, there is no info regarding the trio's roles in the movie, whether they play the good guys, the villains or being stunt doubles. It is also not immediately known whether they provide motion capture for the movie. According to Deadline, Disney as well as representatives for Uwais and Ruhian declined to comment on the casting.
