A film actress and former child model, Jennifer Connelly has been picked as the new face for fashion house Balenciaga.
Being featured in the ads promoting the fashion label's upcoming Spring line, the Oscar-winning actress who first rose to fame for her portrayal of Marion Silver in "Requiem for a Dream" (2000) could be seen sporting Nicolas Ghesquiere's sculptural floral-printed designs.
The ads were shot by acclaimed British fashion photographer David Sims.
On screen, Connelly could next be seen starring alongside the likes of Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Aniston, Justin Long, and Ben Affleck in the forthcoming comedy-romance "He's Just Not That Into You".
