Cruise enjoyed a massive success after his movie "Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol", which was released last December, took in more than $700 million globally. The "Valkyrie" thesp also got paid well for the upcoming sci-fi film "Oblivion", which is scheduled to hit theaters in April 2013.

Edgar" underperformed on box office last year. On the other hand, Sandler's income increased thanks to "Jack and Jill".
