Robert Pattinson was surely not let down by his fans as he recently topped Glamour's 50 Sexiest Men of 2010 poll, marking his second year in a row landing the number one spot on the list. The 24-year-old heartthrob was accompanied by his "Twilight" co-stars, Taylor Lautner and Kellan Lutz, who landed on number two and five respectively.
And blood-sucking hunks were apparently dominating ladies this year as "The Vampire Diaries" star, Ian Somerhalder, ranked in number three, beating out vampire contender Lutz. Another blood-sucker who made his way to the list was "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" actor Xavier Samuel.
Moreover, "Pirates of the Caribbean" star Johnny Depp, who is also dubbed People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive, secured the sixth place, followed by 16-year-old sensational singer Justin Bieber who came in at seventh place. In the number eight spot was Scottish actor Gerard Butler, while Rachel Bilson's ex-fiancee Hayden Christensen landed on number nine. Meanwhile, Channing Tatum completed the top ten.
As for Robert Pattinson himself, he has scored some prestigious titles this year. Beside topping Glamour's 50 Sexiest Men list, he was also named People's World's Most Beautiful 2010 and became one of the World's Most Powerful Celebs on the Forbes list.

Rob Pattinson is DEFINITELY #1. Johnny Depp #2 and a relatively newbie actor Shiloh Fernandez is #3. But that's just MHO.

Okay, I'd like to know who considered Justin Beiber a man, let alone a sexy one. How is it that, as a society, we've become so infatuated with tweens that we're considering a boy my 9-year-olds students scream over to be a "sexy man" - and one over GERARD BUTLER, no less. I mean, really. Is it me, or have our standards dwindled completely as a society? As for Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, I'm over them. Yes, they're attractive, but, no, I don't think they will last beyond the hype of the Twilight cult that's taken over. Once someone puts a stake in the vampire-obsessed culture we're living in, they'll drift off into obscurity like so many others before them.

Sorry, can't see the sexy in Robert. Ian Somerhalder is much hotter & sexier than Robert and should have the number one spot. Ian interviews extremely well. Never once have I seen Ian looking arrogrant. He is a star with conviction & has a passion for what he believes in. He is always engaging with his fans. No matter how late he may be for an appointment he will take the time to sign autographs & take photgraphs. Most stars run the opposite direction. Nope, in my book Ian Somerhalder is the sexiest man alive.

He's not "into himself" for one thing, he doesn't take himself too seriously, he's down to earth, he's funny as hell and charming and witty with that raw British humor... Seriously, who voted on this? Tweens? Rob is good looking but I wouldn't call him sexy. Ian Somerhalder is hot but Johnny Depp is by far the sexiest man alive (and to have ever lived). I got the chance to meet him (very briefly) and he was just absolutely gorgeous in person and on top of that he is just the nicest person. He stood outside in 90 degree weather in the horrible humid of Chicago in a three piece suit, walked the fan line and signed autographs for an hour. Not a lot of celebrities would do that and even less at Johnny's level would do that. Also, would have loved to have seen Joesph Gordon-Levitt and my newish obsession Tom Hardy high on the list. To me, those two guys have some major sex appeal too.
