First Look at 'The Fantastic Mr. Fox' Found

Though the first still from the Wes Anderson's animation has been disclosed, it is still unclear when exactly the film's trailer will come out.

AceShowbiz - Joblo has got its hands on an exclusive still from the forthcoming animation "The Fantastic Mr. Fox". The first image coming out of the 20th Century Fox's animation features a close-up look at titular character Mr. Fox, voiced by George Clooney, with Meryl Streep's Mrs. Fox and Bill Murray's Badger standing behind him.

First image aside, speculations surrounding the film's trailer are yet to meet any ray of light. After being rumored to be unleashed attached to "Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs", the trailer is said to be let out in front of "500 Days of Summer", which will be released on July 17. However, there is a conflicting report from /Film, suggesting that the trailer won't be put out until August. Despite the uncertainty of the trailer, the brand new still is available via Joblo.

Based on the novel by author Roald Dahl, "The Fantastic Mr. Fox" centers on the clever Mr. Fox who must outwit three mean, dimwitted farmers who try their hardest to hurt him and his family. The stop-motion film comes from director/producer/writer Wes Anderson. Meryl Streep steps in to voice Mrs. Fox after Cate Blanchett left the project for unknown reasons.

Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe and Jason Schwartzman will be among those contributing for the characters' voices. 20th Century Fox eyes to release this animation in U.S. theaters November 13. Meanwhile, words are, its world premiere will be at the Venice Film Festival, which begins on September 2.
