Beyonce Knowles' country album 'Cowboy Carter' propels her to a record-breaking 99 career nominations while Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar join a stellar lineup with their latest works.

AceShowbiz - The nominations for the 2025 Grammy Awards have been announced, and the music world is buzzing. Scheduled to take place on February 2, 2025, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, this year's Grammys boast an impressive lineup of artists vying for the coveted awards.

Leading the pack is Beyonce Knowles, whose ambitious country project "Cowboy Carter" has earned her 11 nominations, making her the most nominated artist in Grammy history with 99 nominations, surpassing the previous record she shared with her husband, Jay-Z.

Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar join the forefront, with Swift securing six nominations and Lamar, alongside Charli XCX, Billie Eilish, and Post Malone, each earning seven nods.

Swift's "The Tortured Poets Department" is pitted against Beyonce's latest LP for the Album of the Year. Joining them in a battle for the top prize are Chappell Roan's "The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess", Billie Eilish's "Hit Me Hard and Soft", Charli XCX's "Brat", Sabrina Carpenter's "Short n' Sweet", Andre 3000's "New Blue Sun", and Jacob Collier's "Djesse Vol. 4".

Meanwhile, Lamar's "Not Like Us" is up for Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Other nominee for Record of the Year are Beyoncé's "Texas Hold 'Em", Sabrina Carpenter's "Espresso," Billie Eilish's "Birds of a Feather," and the surprising entry of The Beatles' final song, "Now and Then."

Many of these tracks also vie for Song of the Year, joining Shaboozey's popular "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" and Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars' collaborative hit "Die With a Smile."

In the Best New Artist race, Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan stand alongside Shaboozey, Doechii, Benson Boone, Raye, Teddy Swims, and Khruangbin.

With such a dynamic array of artists and genres represented, the 67th Grammy Awards promise to be a remarkable celebration of music's evolving landscape. As Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. aptly reflects, "It was an incredible year in music," and these nominations truly encapsulate the year's finest contributions, making this Grammy season one of the most exciting yet.
