The 'Fight for You' singer leads nominees for the upcoming Soul Train Awards with a total of eight nods including Best Song, Best Album, and Video of the Year.

AceShowbiz - H.E.R. leads the 2021 Soul Train Awards nominations with eight nods.
The Oscar winner will compete with six-times nominated Jazmine Sullivan and WizKid for Best Song, Best Album, and Video of the Year honours.
Chris Brown, Tems, Blxst, Silk Sonic, and Doja Cat are also among the multiple nominees while Maxwell will be honoured with the Legend Award and Ashanti will be the recipient of the Lady of Soul honour.
The Soul Train Awards will take place at the Apollo theatre in Harlem, New York on 20 November (21), with Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold co-hosting for a fourth consecutive year. The show will honour the 50th anniversary of Soul Train, which made its debut in October, 1971.
