AceShowbiz - Jay-Z just wanted to have some fun at Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' birthday party without having some strangers secretly recording him. Thus, he was rather mad when he found a man trying to film him and Beyonce Knowles during the bash, prompting him to snatch his phone away.
The moment was caught on camera. In the video that has been circulating online, Beyonce could be seen happily dancing with Saweetie and Kelly Rowland as a man recorded them while moving his body to the beat. Noticing this, Hov quickly took the phone away while shooting glares at the man, who soon backed away.
Jay and Beyonce attended Diddy's birthday bash at his Beverly Hills mansion on Saturday night, December 14 together. There, he reunited with Kanye West and even posed for a photo together with Diddy and Pharrell Williams. The two shook hands afterward.
Besides the power couple, the star-studded party was also attended by the likes of Kardashian clan, including Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian, Cardi B and husband Offset, Post Malone, Tyga and Travis Scott (II). Ray J was also in attendance.
According to Page Six, the bash started around 9 P.M. and the guests were treated to cocktails by the pool. Mary J. Blige served as the surprise performer that night, delivering a rendition of her greatest hits for about an hour. "There's so much history there and everyone was into Mary. [Diddy's] three daughters were dancing. Jay-Z and Beyonce were watching. It was incredible."
Toasts were then made by Diddy's sons and Usher. They all then gathered to sing "Happy Birthday". As the guests continued enjoying their time after that, Diddy's songs were played. "Lil' Kim and Mary were still dancing and Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa were still smoking weed. It was an epic and long night," the source said, adding that Pharrell was "dancing all night, too."
The bash reportedly ended at 5 A.M.
