AceShowbiz - Miranda Lambert dominates nominees for 2015 Academy of Country Music Awards. She collects eight nods including Entertainer of the Year in which she is the only female contender. She faces off male acts like Jason Aldean, Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, and Florida Georgia Line.
She is also vying for Female Vocalist of the Year title, competing against Brandy Clark, Martina McBride, Kacey Musgraves, and Carrie Underwood. Meanwhile, her husband Blake Shelton gets two nominations, Male Vocalist of the Year and Vocal Event of the Year.
Dierks Bentley follows Lambert's dominations with seven nods, and Florida Georgia Line trails behind with five. The winners will be celebrated at the 50th annual ceremony in Texas on April 19, with Blake Shelton returning as a host for the third year in a row along with Luke Bryan.
