Blue carpet was rolled outside the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California on Sunday, August 19 to greet stars attending Do Something Awards. Lea Michele and Giuliana Rancic were among the beauties who stole attention with their gorgeous looks.

"Glee" star Lea, who was accompained by boyfriend Cory Monteith, showed off her best assets in a white Giorgio Armani backless dress with a plunging neckline and a central slit. She finished off her look with a Fendi clutch, Jenni Kayne heeled sandals and Samira 13 jewels.

E! News anchor Giuliana donned a peach strapless mini dress and completed her look with a matching clutch and pumps. The cancer survivor won the best Style award, beating Nicki Minaj & Ricky Martin, Heidi Klum, Nicole Richie and Cindy Crawford. She was joined by her husband Bill at the event.

Ashley Greene showed up wearing a Michael Kors patterned sleeveless frock with a gold python belt. The "Twilight Saga" actress finished off her gorgeous look with a matching Vivier clutch, a ring and Giuseppe Zanotti black peep-toes.

Other guests included Sophia Bush in an orange long dress, Olivia Munn in a hot-pink mini outfit, Keke Palmer in a white number, and Kelly Osbourne in a nude patterned sleeveless gown. Nikki Reed and Bella Thorne were spotted as well.

Hope Solo won the best Athlete, Joel McHale was hailed the best Comedian, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon were the best Couple, while Lea and Cory were named the best TV Star: Female and Male respectively.

What is this...high school? I love Giulianna, but her Cancer was not nearly what most of us have gone through. We don't need more awards for...uh...pretty much nothing...we need more integrity in media and journalism.
