Carla Gugino, David Boreanaz, and Ellen Burstyn are teaming up to star together in indie sports drama "Our Lady of Victory."

Slated to band together as a good onscreen team, Carla Gugino, David Boreanaz, and Ellen Burstyn are all coming to highlight an indie sports drama titled "Our Lady of Victory", Variety has learned.

Flick presents the story the Immaculata College women's basketball team as it rose from loser status to victory in the 1972 National Women's Collegiate Championship. Gugino will play the coach while Boreanaz is set to portray her husband.

Filming has just begun under the direction of Tim Chambers who is helming from his own script with Pat Croce seating as the producer. For Chambers, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, "Victory" will be his feature directorial debut as well as his second writing stint after the made-for-television "Murphy's Dozen."
