AceShowbiz - The 2024 MTV Video Music Awards are underway, and the biggest stars in the music industry have already begun arriving on the red carpet. Some of the first arrivals include Chappell Roan, Lenny Kravitz, Karol G, Coco Jones and Lisa.
Chappell Roan arrived in a Renaissance-inspired gown with a green train and a sword, while Sabrina Carpenter channeled Old Hollywood in a white sequined gown and Marilyn Monroe waves. Karol G opted for a fiery yellow and orange gown with a plunging collared neckline.
Coco Jones wore a one-shoulder silver mesh gown with matching heels and diamond jewelry, while Lisa selected a strapless ivory Mugler gown with corsetry and draping. Lenny Kravitz kept it cool in a leather uniform consisting of a studded open-front jacket, skintight flares and a crystallized necktie.

This year's VMAs introduce two new categories: Most Iconic Performance and Best Trending Video. The ceremony will be hosted by Megan Thee Stallion, and Katy Perry will receive the MTV Michael Jackson Vanguard Award. Performers include Shawn Mendes, Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Eminem and Katy Perry.
