'Family Guy' creator Seth MacFarlane was one unlikely performer for the special concert, which was planned by the Recording Academy to celebrate Frank Sinatra's 100th birthday.

AceShowbiz - To celebrate what would have been Frank Sinatra's 100th birthday, a bunch of musicians of all genres showed up at "Sinatra 100: An All-Star Grammy Concert" which aired on CBS on Sunday night, December 6. Lady GaGa and Adam Levine were among those performing in honor of the late musician.

GaGa undeniably gave one of the most unforgettable performances that night. Wearing a tuxedo and fedora, she closed out the event with a bang as she delivered an amazing rendition of "New York, New York" alongside some backing dancers in sparkly black outfits.

As for Levine, he did "The Best Is Yet to Come" in addition to joining Harry Connick Jr., John Legend and Katharine McPhee for a medley of "Saturday Night (Is the Loneliest Night of the Week)", "I Get a Kick Out of You", "You Make Me Feel So Young", "My Kind of Town" and "You and Me (We Wanted It All)".

One big surprise came from "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane who made an unlikely appearance during the special concert. A huge fan of Sinatra, he showcased his singing skills for "One for My Baby (and One More for the Road)".

The "Sinatra 100" concert was taped on December 2 at the Encore Theater in Las Vegas. Other contemporary musicians taking the stage that day included Celine Dion ("All the Way"), Nick Jonas ("In The Wee Small Hours of the Morning"), Alicia Keys ("I've Got a Crush on You"), Carrie Underwood ("Someone to Watch Over Me"), Usher ("That's Life") and many more.
