AceShowbiz - Red carpet was rolled out in front of AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX to welcome the celebrity guests of the 50th annual Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday, April 19. Among those turning heads with their looks were Miranda Lambert, Kellie Pickler, Reese Witherspoon and Sofia Vergara.
Lambert, whose husband Blake Shelton is hosting the event with Luke Bryan, showed off her flawless figure in a Bibhu Mohapatra gray gown with a plunging neckline. She completed her look with a silver clutch and matching heels, while her blonde straight hair was let loose.
"American Idol" alum Pickler also showed some skin in a plunging Lorena Sarbu dress with a lace bodice, paired with Csarite drop earrings and a metallic clutch. Her hair was arranged in a simple updo to create an elegant look.
"Hot Pursuit" stars Witherspoon and Vergara, meanwhile, were literally shining in their matching black dresses. The former wore a sparkling little frock, while the latter opted for a strapless design with a peplum waist.
Jamie Lynn Spears also went with black. The 24-year-old singer donned a dramatic black mermaid gown with a black sheer bodice and ruffled lace skirt. Olivia Culpo donned an all-white gown, while her beau Nick Jonas went country style with a western jacket.
Garth Brooks came with his wife Trisha Yearwood, rocking matching black ensembles. Meanwhile, newly married couple Jason Aldean and Brittany Kerr made their first red carpet appearance since their wedding on March 21. Aldean wore a gray suit with a cowboy hat, while Kerr wowed in a hot pink dress with thigh-high slit.
