Turk and Dr. Cox go to great lengths to get J.D. out of the number one spot on the website. Elliot must make a decision when she learns that one of her patients has intentionally overdosed on medication. Meanwhile, Carla can't figure out what the Janitor's new girlfriend sees in him.
