Scully (Gillian Anderson) and Mulder's (David Duchovny) love lives are rarely addressed in promos for "The X-Files" revival, but new juicy tidbit has now hinted that at least one them won't remain single after they broke up. TV Guide reports that Scully will have a new suitor on the upcoming series.

What's more surprising is that the man is none other than Tad O'Malley (Joel McHale), a conservative talk show host who becomes an unlikely ally to Mulder. You can imagine that this won't sit well with Mulder, who has not been in a good place since their breakup. Duchovny previously said that his character's "living alone, not working, he's not shaving."

Meanwhile, a new teaser has just been released, playing with the mystery regarding the possible existence of aliens. "We must ask ourselves. Are we truly alone? Or are we being lied to?" Mulder says in voiceover while the scenes show what looks like UFO sighting.

"The X-Files" revival will launch with a two-night premiere on Sunday, January 24 and Monday, January 25 on FOX. It will encompass a mixture of stand-alone investigative episodes and those that further the original show's seminal mythology. Series creator Chris Carter promised that each episode would feature new monster.

Original stars Annabeth Gish (Monica Reyes), Mitch Pileggi (Walter Skinner), William B. Davis (The Smoking Man), Dean Haglund (Langly), Tom Braidwood (Frohike) and Bruce Harwood (Byers) also return for the six-episode event series.
