Paris Hilton Says She and Cristiano Ronaldo Are 'Getting to Know Each Other'

After playing it coy about her relationship with rumored new fling Cristiano Ronaldo, Paris Hilton has finally admitted to Britain's The Daily Mirror that she and the soccer stud are "getting to know each other." She avoids discussing the matter even further though, insisting "I have to leave it at that."

Nevertheless, Paris can't stop singing praise for Cristiano. She says, "He's a very nice guy - and an incredible athlete." She, additionally, refutes the circulating claim that she dumped ex-boyfriend Doug Reinhardt in order to be with Cristiano. "That never happened," she insists.

Paris Hilton and Cristiano Ronaldo created media frenzy when multiple photos of them making out at swanky L.A. nightclub MyHouse were made public by TMZ on Thursday, June 11, less than 24 hours after she had her representative confirming her split from Doug Reinhardt. In companion to the photos, TMZ also cited sources inside the club who claimed the twosome was getting cozy and kissing the entire night.

Both of them were said leaving the hot spot separately, but then reunited at her sister Nicky Hilton's West Hollywood house later that night. He was caught on camera leaving the building at 5 A.M. When pressed by X17 Online to confirm if she is dating Cristiano, Paris answered, "We're just friends."

Doug himself has been keeping himself away from the spotlight after his representative issued a public statement, saying "Doug refuses to take part of this ridiculous media circus. He wishes Paris and all of her future boyfriends the best of luck."
