New 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen' Trailer to Be Premiered in 20 Cities

New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Toronto have been among the selected cities to see the screening of a new trailer for 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen'.

A brand new trailer of "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" will be premiered in 20 selected cities across North America. Slash Film has come up with a scoop that the fresh trailer of the action movie will come out earlier than what director Michael Bay has previously noted as it will be made available for selected markets on April 29.

Paramount Pictures reportedly will be premiering the new promo video attached to a one-time screening of "Transformers". While "Transformers" will be presented in IMAX in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Toronto, it is still unclear whether the trailer will also be in IMAX too. Details on how to attend the special event have yet to be shared by the studio as well.

"Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" is set a year after the end of "Transformers". It follows Shia LaBeouf's Sam Witwicky and Megan Fox's Mikaela Banes as they become the target of attack by Decepticons because of Sam's knowledge about the origins of the Transformers. This DreamWorks action movie will blast off in U.S. theaters on June 24, but before then, its new trailer will hit the big screen attached to "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" and "Star Trek".
