AceShowbiz - Despite rumors to the contrary, a source close to Britney Spears tells US Weekly that the singer and her longtime talent agent Jason Trawick are just friends and nothing more. "They are absolutely, 100 percent not dating," the source claims. "He is her agent, and that is it."
On the rumored lovers' close bond, the source explains, "He has been her agent for four years, and they are very close friends." The source reveals further, "He gets on with her family, but there is absolutely categorically nothing romantic going on."
Moreover, the source also denies a report made public by E! News on Wednesday, March 11, claiming Jason joined Britney for the first four shows of her "Circus" tour which then prompted the media to claim the two were an item. "Jason was on the road with Britney for three of her tour dates, but that is because that's what agents do -- they support their clients," US Weekly quotes the source as explaining. "Any stories of them being together are completely and utterly made up."
