Willem Dafoe is said to have been added into the cast of Lionsgate's futuristic vampire movie "Daybreakers."
Spilling the beans about his next project "Daybreakers", Ethan Hawke revealed to Star Pulse News that two-time Oscar nominee Willem Dafoe has joined him and Sam Neill in the cast of the futuristic vampire flick.
"Willem Dafoe and I are duelling vampires," so Hawk informed. "It's really dark and weird and everybody's sucking each other's blood."
A Lionsgate Picture production, pic is set in the year 2017 during which a plague has transformed most every human into vampires, threatening the existence of human race. Aware about it, a researcher decides to work with covert band of the blood-sucking creatures to find the way out from the problem.
Onboard to direct are Australian horror veterans Peter and Michael Spierig who are set to carry out the duty based on the script they themselves wrote. Meanwhile, Bryan Furst, Sean Furst, and Chris Brown are all taking charge in producing matters with Weta Workshop working on the creature effects.
