A representative for Tom Sizemore has denied allegations the actor assaulted his ex-girlfriend last month, after she won a temporary restraining order against him. Jinele McIntire claims she was involved in an altercation with Sizemore after he invited her to his home on June 22 to discuss child support payments for their two sons, according to legal documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
