Fans and music industry will lose and mourn the departure of the chart-topping R&B act Destiny's Child as the trio decided to part ways and pursue their solo career. The music group first signaled their intentions on Saturday from the stage of a concert in Barcelona, Spain, when group member Kelly Rowland said their current "Destiny Fulfilled...And Lovin' It" tour would be their last in Europe.

Michael Jackson was cleared of child molestation and other charges on Monday and jubilant fans of him soon tossed the "innocent verdict" outside the courthouse.

The 46-year-old star was charged with molesting a 13-year-old cancer survivor in 2003 and thus was charged with 10 counts, including child molestation, plying a minor with alcohol and conspiring to kidnap the boy and his family to get them to refute the damaging television documentary "Living With Michael Jackson."
