The list of performers for the 2017 American Music Awards keeps growing. ABC and Dick Clark Production have announced on Twitter that Lady GaGa, Shawn Mendes and Nick Jonas would grace the stage at the event, which will be held on November 19.

GaGa will belt out "The Cure", which is dedicated to her late friend Sonja Durjan who died from cancer in May, for the first time on TV at the event. However, since the songstress is currently hitting the road for her "Joanne" world tour, she will perform the track live from her Washington, D.C. stop. Meanwhile, Jonas will perform a rendition of "Find You", and Mendes will deliver a performance of "There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back".

Both Jonas and Mendes took to Twitter to express their excitement about their upcoming performance at the event. Jonas stated that the event is one of his favorite shows. "One of my favorite shows to perform on. So happy to be back this year. See you Sunday," he wrote. Meanwhile, Mendes simply tweeted, "Performing at the @AMAs this sunday! X."

Additionally, it has been announced that Tracee Ellis Ross is tapped to host the award event, where her mother Diana Ross will be presented with Lifetime Achievement Award. Shortly after the announcement, Ross said that she's thrilled to host the show.

"I am thrilled to host this special night which honors some of the greatest musical talents in our industry," Ross said. "And I'm especially thrilled to host this year when my mother is receiving the American Music Award for Lifetime Achievement."

Other acts who will perform at the annual event include Kelly Clarkson, Selena Gomez, Niall Horan, Imagine Dragons, Khalid, Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera,Pink and Bangtan Boys (BTS). The gig will mark a debut performance on U.S. TV for BTS, who will perform their hit "DNA", while Christina is set to perform a tribute to Whitney Houston and "The Bodyguard".
