When asked who would win the fight, Demi previously told MTV, "I don't have a favorite. I am not picking sides! I am there to unite the audience of the fight. I'm there to be a voice." She added, "I feel so nervous but I'm really, really excited! This is the biggest fight of our generation! So when you look at it that way and how many fans all over the world are going to be watching, it's nerve wracking for sure."

Mayweather was declared the winner. He knocked out McGregor during the 10th round. P. Diddy reacted on Twitter, "THE BEST EVER!!!!" Michael Phelps wrote, "50-0.....wow." John Mayer tweeted, "I, for one, am inspired. Wow." Chance the Rapper exclaimed, "UHYEEEEEAAAAAUH 50 & F**KIN OHHH." John Boyega commented, "Crazy! 50-0."

However, a few others like Chord Overstreet and Snooki thought the fight was fixed. The former "Glee" actor vented his frustrations, "The biggest sham I have ever seen! Boxing should be done!" The "Jersey Shore" star also had a similar opinion, "Seems like this is staged like a reality show. Who Produces this?!"

After the fight, both boxers praised each other in separate press conferences. "That's what 50 pro fights will do for you," McGregor said of his opponent. "He's not 50-0 for no reason." Mayweather also had nothing but good words for McGregor, "He's a lot better than I thought he'd be. He's a tough competitor...He kind of shocked me."

The event was glittered with Hollywood stars. Leonardo DiCaprio, Orlando Bloom, LeBron James, Drake, Jamie Foxx, Chris Hemsworth, Vanessa Hudgens, LL Cool J, Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez, Charlize Theron and Angelina Jolie were among the famous faces spotted in the crowd.
