Alicia Keys, Ciara, Martina McBride, Paul Rudd, Hillary Scott, Jussie Smollett and Hailee Steinfeld will gather at one spot to present Billboard's 2015 Women in Music awards. This Friday, December 11, a number of women in the music industry will be honored in a gala held in New York City.

Keys is in charge of presenting Jody Gerson, Chairman and CEO of Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG), with Executive of the Year award. The show will pair Ciara with Innovator award recipient Missy Elliott, McBride with Loretta Lynn (Legend), Rudd with Selena Gomez (Chart-Topper), Scott with Kelsea Ballerini (Rising Star), Smollett with Tori Kelly (Breakthrough Artist) and Steinfeld with Fifth Harmony (Group of the Year).

Other honorees are Demi Lovato, Lady GaGa, Alabama Shakes' Brittany Howard and Lana Del Rey. Gomez, GaGa, Howard, Kelly, Lovato and Ballerini are all scheduled to perform while Savannah Guthrie and Tamron Hall of NBC's "Today" are set to host.

The event would be taped and broadcast on Lifetime on December 18. It is held alongside Billboard's Women in Music list, which names the year's 50 most powerful female executives in the industry.
