AceShowbiz - The arrivals of celebrities on the red carpet of Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California, marked the beginning of 2015 MTV Video Music Awards. Miley Cyrus, who was scheduled to host the show, came with almost nothing.
It was literally silver belts wrapped around Cyrus' body and a chandelier piece strapped around her waist. She finished her look with thigh high boots and blond extensions. Her family, including mom Tish Cyrus, dad Billy Ray Cyrus, sisters Brandi and Noah Cyrus, and brother Braison Cyrus, were all there to support her.
Another looker was Taylor Swift who showed off her toned tummy in a sequined crop top and trousers. She brought her "Bad Blood" squad who consisted of Cara Delevingne, Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid, Mariska Hargitay, Martha Hunt and Hailee Steinfeld among others. Hadid in particular was drawing criticism on Twitter for appearing very tanned in her orange dress. "Gigi Hadid: When spray tans go wrong," a Twitter user commented.
Vanessa Hudgens showed up in a graceful look with her pink gown, loose locks and plunging neckline. Pregnant Kim Kardashian hid her bumps in a silky brown dress while Kanye West pulled up his khaki pants and put on gold chains. Justin Bieber looked fresh with his new hairstyle, torn up jeans and leather jacket.
Amber Rose and Blac Chyna made a statement with their fashion choice. Both wore the same fabric printed with degrading words against women such as "b***h," "s**t," "gold digger" and "w***e". Nicki Minaj, who was scheduled to perform at the event, showed her feminine side with her see-through gold dress.
The 2015 MTV Video Music Awards is held on Sunday, August 30 and streamed live on MTV.
