The 'Blurred Lines' hitmaker and the 'Baggage Claim' actress are believed to have reached agreement on the custody of their son.

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton are one step closer to being officially over. Their divorce is officially granted by court after the former married couple reached agreement regarding property and custody arrangement. However, they have to wait until April 14 before the divorce becomes final.
Thicke, 38, and Patton, 39, started dating when they were teenagers and eventually tied the knot in 2005. They have a son, 4-year-old son Julian. "The thing is, you can't wallow in sadness or stay in bed when you have a child," Patton once said of how her son helped her move on. "And they're so full of life and wonder. And he brings me so much joy."
The couple split in February 2014 following Thicke's huge success with "Blurred Lines" which he recorded with Pharrell Williams and T.I.. The song later landed him in trouble. He and Pharrell were accused of ripping off Marvin Gaye's song and were ordered to pay $7.3 million to the Gaye family.
