AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles celebrated her 35th birthday with a "Soul Train"-themed party on Monday night, September 5. Among those attended the star-studded bash included former Destiny's Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams (II), sister Solange Knowles, P. Diddy, Cassie, Usher, Detail, Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz.
Beyonce arrived at The Nomad Hotel in New York along with her husband Jay-Z and their daughter Blue Ivy at around 11 P.M. The "Single Ladies" hitmaker told the guests, "Thank you, everybody, for coming. You guys did such an incredible job committing, and I'm so happy to be here."
Beyonce was seen wearing a sequined, cleavage-baring, one-leg jumpsuit with her hair styled in half updo. Jay-Z, meanwhile, sported an afro wig and costume complete with a bandana and round sunglasses.
At around 1:30 A.M., NYPD officers were seen visiting Beyonce's birthday bash after neighbors complained about loud music. The partygoers agreed to turn down the volume after being informed by the hotel's doorman. The bash ended at around 4:30 A.M.
While Beyonce was on "doctor-ordered vocal rest," she had no trouble making some noise with her jaw-dropping dance moves.
