So far, he claims he's collected only $25,000 from Knowles' mother.

The second best on the charts is Chris Brown's "Run It!" and the No. 3 is Nickelback's "Photograph." In the meantime, Kanye West's "Gold Digger" featuring Jamie Foxx rebounds four places to No. 4, whereas Nelly's "Grillz" drops two to No. 5.

The Hollywood actor who previously priced himself out of the market to star in the upcoming film "Dreamgirls" has now made a comeback negotiation.
Foxx willingly offered producers of "Dreamgirls" to slash his salary to take part. He says "The first time, it was just me in the movie - no Eddie Murphy, no Beyonce. Then I hear Eddie's doing it, and I'm like, 'Hey, pay me a dollar.' I hear Beyonce's doing it, 'Pay me a quarter.' I just wanted to be part of that. At the end of the day, who cares, man? "Naughty Girl" Facing Infringement Suit

Jennifer Armour, a Minneapolis musician, filed a copyright-infringement lawsuit in Houston Tuesday, accusing Destiny's Child front-babe Beyonce Knowles of ripping off lyrics and hooks from her "Got a Little Bit of Love For You," for the singer's "Baby Boy," which featured reggae star Sean Paul.
As for her side, Armour claims she's already written the track months before the release of Knowles' solo album debut "Dangerously In Love," which contained "Baby Boy." Further the complaint alleges Knowles stumbled upon the tune after Armour shopped it around the music biz. The case hearing is scheduled for October 28.

For their side, the agency claimed that Beyonce's contract with the related company came about as a result of the singer teaming up with Wilhelmina agents. However, Beyonce allegedly failed to grant the agency's efforts and neglected to pay the commission and service fee she owed.

Moreover, Beyonce says that her first fashion collection which look will be "a mix of vintage things with contemporary things and that it'll be fur with denim, classic with street," will be in stores this fall. Besides, she also has any other collections, including party dresses, sweaters and some tailored jackets, all of which are designed by her mother, Tina Knowles and Beyonce herself with Heather Thomson Schindler as the co-creative director in the Beyond Productions joint venture brings in Kids Headquarters.
