The 'Black Widow' hitmaker and the son of Tommy Hilfiger have ended their romance after dating for about a year.

AceShowbiz - Rita Ora and Ricky Hil have called it quits after 1 year of relationship. According to The Sun, the split was caused by their "on going work commitments." Rita has been in the U.K. for "The X Factor" while Ricky is in Los Angeles working on his album and his fashion line.
A source told the site, "Rita and Ricky found it difficult to continue their relationship due to their ongoing work commitments. They both tried to make it work but their schedules made it difficult. They are on two different sides of the Atlantic and Rita is going to be based in the U.K. for the next five months."
"Rita is also juggling a very successful music career and is gearing up to release her second album. They've always had a very on-off relationship but friends of the pair say that this time it is for good," the source added.
The former couple last met in Los Angeles two weeks ago. After Rita flew back to the U.K., they allegedly tried to work things out in a series of late night call but they failed to do so and decided to end their relationship. However, the exes remain "amicable."
"It has been an amicable split and they remain friends. Rita has been very upset that things didn't work out with Ricky but has been throwing herself into her work to keep her mind off it," said the source.
In some photos obtained by Mail Online, Rita looked far from heartbroken when playing around with her friends on Saturday, July 18. Wearing an oversized tee and ripped jeans, the "I Will Never Let You Down" singer smiled widely while showing off her ballroom dance skills with a male pal. She was later seen playing with her little puppy.
