AceShowbiz - "Revolution" and "The Walking Dead" are the Best Network Television Series and the Best Syndicated/Cable Television Series respectively in 2013, according to the Academy Of Science Fiction, Horror & Fantasy Films. The two shows were among the winners in TV field at the 39th Annual Saturn Awards, which was held Wednesday night, June 26 in Burbank, Calif.

"Walking Dead" earned another nod through Laurie Holden, who was named Best Supporting Actress on Television. Holden, whose character Andrea was killed off at the end of "Walking Dead" season 3, defeated the likes of Anna Gunn, Jennifer Carpenter and Jessica Lange for the prize.

Also taking home multiple awards from the annual prize-giving event was "Breaking Bad". In addition to claiming the Best Presentation on Television title, the AMC crime series led Bryan Cranston to win Best Actor on Television award. He had to share the title with "The Following" star Kevin Bacon.

Cranston's co-star Jonathan Banks snatched Best Supporting Actor on Television gong. Meanwhile, series creator Vince Gilligan was honored with the Dan Curtis Legacy Award.

"Teen Wolf" was dubbed Best Youth-Oriented Series on Television. Other TV winners at the event were Anna Torv ("Fringe") and Yvonne Strahovski ("Dexter").

Honoring TV shows, movies and DVDs in science fiction, fantasy and horror genres, this year's Saturn Awards also presented special achievement awards, including The Lifetime Achievement Award to William Friedkin, and The Visionary Award to the recently deceased author Richard Matheson among others.
