The 'American Idol' champion releases the soulful ladies' anthem off her forthcoming album 'Side Effects of You'.
R 'n' B diva Fantasia Barrino debuts another new single off her upcoming fourth album "Side Effects of You", set to be released on April 23. Entitled "Without Me", the 28-year-old singer taps gal pals Kelly Rowland of Destiny's Child and rapstress Missy Elliott for the sexy ballad.
The "American Idol" season three grand winner showcases her unique voice yet again on this new track co-written by Fantasia herself along with collaborator Elliott, Kyle Stewart, Harmony Samuels, and Al Sherrod. Rowland makes the already sultry new tune even sexier with her soulful vocals as Elliot drops a verse halfway past the four-minute-and-a-half song.
"So Thankful For These Two Beautiful Ladies. We Created A Monster on this Album.. Missy is Going STUPID HARD ON THIS 1!!! OMG!!! Kells VOCALS On Here!! Cra!! Thanks to my BABIES," Fantasia tweeted, praising the two artists. With their team-up track, the three empowering stars give their female listeners a new opportunity to remind their men as to where they would be without their ladies.
Following the returns of "Idol" alums on the TV reality singing competition's results shows to perform their singles, Fantasia will also appear again on the stage that launched her now stellar career. She is set to sing her latest single "Lose to Win" during the Top 5 results show next week on Thursday, April 18.
