"Glee" is confirmed to release another Christmas album this year. According to Entertainment Weekly, twelve revamped songs of classic holiday tunes are lined up, and November 16 will be the day the compilation rolls out for purchase across the country.
Beside the main cast like Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Mark Salling and Cory Monteith, there will be k.d. lang serving as a featured guest on it. She is set to join forces with Matthew Morrison in a cover version of "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch".
Beside singing in a group, Lea Michele, Morrison and Amber Riley will also sing solo. Michele will be riding solo in "Merry Christmas Darling" and "O Holy Night", Morrison will be singing "O Christmas Tree", and Riley will be tackling "Angels We Have Heard on High".
Three weeks after the arrival of the Christmas album, "Glee" is going to air a special holiday episode called "Yuletide" on December 7.
