AceShowbiz - Circulating rumors that the First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, and her two daughters paid an unofficial visit to the set of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" have been thrown down. ABC News has come out with a report that a publicist for "Harry Potter", Vanessa Davies, has denied the supposed planned visit.
"There is no Obama visit, not as far as I know. I feel I would be in the loop if there was such a visit," so said Davies in response to the speculation which also claimed that both Sasha and Malia are expected to meet Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and the other stars of the movie during the visit. Meanwhile, the White House has also refused to confirm the widespread set visit report.
Previously, The Daily Mail ran the story that the Obamas enjoyed a tour on the set of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" at the West Pinewood studios. They had a private tour reportedly conducted by Warner Bros. U.K. head Joshua Berger. Prior to the set visit, a source said, "It's all been very hush-hush. Only a few people have known about the trip and they are going to pull out all the stops to make sure they have a good time."
Long before this rumor of the Obamas visiting "Deathly Hallows" set surfaced, the movie star Radcliffe has said in an interview with The Daily Beast that he wants to give Sasha and Malia Obama a personal tour of Hogwarts. "I'd like to take this opportunity to issue a public invitation to the Obamas that if their daughters would like a private tour of the Harry Potter set, I would be honored to be their personal tour guide," he said at the time.
"Deathly Hallows", the last of "Harry Potter" series will be made into two films, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II". The first part is slated for November 19, 2010 release, while the second eyes July 15, 2011 release. The two will revolve around the adventure of Harry and his two best friends in finding all the remaining Horcruxes and destroying them once and for all to make sure that Lord Voldemort won't be able to return.
