Cast members of "Transformers" and other celebrities showed up for the L.A. premiere of the flick at Westwood Village, Los Angeles.

AceShowbiz - Westwood Village in Los Angeles, California sure became the center of attention on Wednesday, June 27 as flocks of celebrity figures merrily gathered together to attend the L.A. premiere of the highly-anticipated action flick "Transformers", screened as part of this year's Los Angeles Film Festival.

Spotted walking down the blue carpet were the flick's starry cast members like Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel, Rachael Taylor, and Tyrese Gibson who cheerfully did his own version of the original series' theme song. Other well-known names coming included rapper Busta Rhymes, Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington, Dane Cook, and A.J. McLean of Backstreet Boys.

Directed by famed action filmmaker Michael Bay, "Transformers" is a live-action version of popular franchise and toy line of the same name and finds the Earth being the new battlefield between the good Autobots and evil Decepticons. DreamWorks has announced that the flick will have a special night showing on July 2 before opening nationwide on the next day.
