The first three musical guests of the upcoming MTV Europe Music Awards have been revealed. Taylor Swift, No Doubt and Muse are confirmed to make live performances from Frankfurt, Germany on November 11.

"I've always wanted to go to the EMA, because you hear about the spectacle of it, and how everyone just goes all out for their performances. To be nominated for five EMAs was the most exciting feeling, and I was absolutely blown away. I can't wait to be there this year and perform on the show," Taylor says.

To premiere Wednesday, October 17 at 10 P.M. ET on FX, the new chapter of the Ryan Murphy-created series will feature a new story set in the 1960s at an institution for the criminally insane on the East Coast. Jessica Lange is cast as Sister Jude, who is an administrator at the asylum.

Most of the scenes highlight action sequences on the railroad. Johnny Depp channels his inner Indian man as Tonto, who at one point is seen risking his life by hanging under a moving train. Plenty of stunning slow-motion action scenes are also dominating the sneak peek.

It's highly likely that "The X Factor (US)" will feature Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez as its co-hosts. Latest rumor says the twosome are finalizing their deals to take the hosting duty on the FOX reality series with a source telling CNN, "Those two want to do it, and the show is keen to have them."

While the network hasn't commented on any casting reports, it's believed that the official announcement will be made later this week. The wife of Lamar Odom and the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant are expected to make their first appearance on the singing competition in early November when the live shows begin.

Fans of John Legend must wait a little longer before their idol releases his new album "Love in the Future" and gets back on the road for a tour. The "Ordinary People" singer announced the bad news on his official site, explaining that he hasn't finished working on the Kanye West-produced album so he must postpone his tour which was originally set to kick off this fall.

Stating that he couldn't finish the album "in time" as planned, Legend said, "Unfortunately, while the creative process has been exciting and I'm pretty certain we're going to deliver the best album of my career so far, the timing hasn't adhered to the schedule I originally envisioned." He added, "In other words, we're not done with the album."

In anticipation of his upcoming Christmas album, Cee-Lo Green gives a sneak peek to "Baby, It's Cold Outside" featuring Christina Aguilera. The 90-second snippet has the two artists joining forces for a soulful rendition of the holiday classic penned in 1944 by Frank Loesser.

In addition to his fellow coach on "The Voice", the Gnarls Barkley star enlists Rod Stewart as a featured guest in the album titled "Cee Lo's Magic Moment". The British rocker will lend his voice in "Merry Christmas, Baby". Another song, "All I Need Is Love", will feature Disney's famous puppets, The Muppets.

Shawn Johnson admitted she's having problem of losing her weight during her current participation on "Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars". Despite going through vigorous rehearsals to master her moves, the 20-year-old athlete said she hadn't lost a single pound.

"[Other contestants] are like, 'I've lost 10 pounds,' and I'm like, 'Cool, good for you,' " the gymnast told PEOPLE backstage after "DWTS" performance show on Monday, October 1. The Olympian gold medalist added, "I think over time, my body will change. It's just different."

MTV will throw its annual Movie Awards show sooner than its usual schedule for next year. The company confirms that it has moved up the 2013 Movie Awards to early summer despite the fact that the prize-giving event usually takes place around June or July.

The channel officially announces that next year's Movie Awards will broadcast live on Sunday, April 14. It says that the decision to air the show in April is taken to ensure "the blockbusters and gut-busting comedies of 2012 won't be forgotten."

When "The Vampire Diaries" returns with its fourth season, it will have a new cold open that helps viewers catch up with what has happened to the major characters so far. The footage is narrated by Elena, Damon and Stefan who explain their connection to Mystic Falls and supernatural creatures who are living among them in the small town.

Being the latest sensation in unscripted TV world, "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" gets an animated treatment from "South Park" crew. A preview for an upcoming episode of the Comedy Central series sees Alana Thompson a.k.a. Honey Boo Boo and her mother June Shannon picking a pig for pageant.

"We wanna pick a pig that has pizzazz and knows how to work it, girl," says the animated June while holding Alana. "I want that one!" the 7-year-old girl says, before quickly changing her mind, "That pig over there gave me the evil eye. I want that one! I want that one!"

Daniel Craig reveals in a new interview for Vanity Fair's latest issue the downside of being famous since he plays the world's favorite spy agent, James Bond. The 44-year-old British actor, who will soon be seen reprising his famed role in "Skyfall", says that he's no longer able to do "things that normal people do occasionally."

"So you can't live a normal life anymore. Because it will become public knowledge that you've whatever - gotten drunk in a bar or skinny-dipped on a beach or something," he says. "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II" will not grace the U.S. theaters until next month, but it already scores a record in the film franchise. It is reported that the first-day advance ticket sales of the final "Twilight Saga" film have shattered the record held by "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I" in 2011.

Going on sale last Monday, October 1, the tickets reportedly managed to take in a whooping $1.17 million on its first day. The result was 87% higher than the $626,000 gross for "Breaking Dawn I" first-day advance ticket sales last year. The massive gross also surpassed the three-day cume of the first "Breaking Dawn" film.

Dave Grohl issues an official statement following his statement during a recent Global Citizen concert in NYC that Foo Fighters will go on a hiatus. The lead singer says he will shift his priorities to complete his solo projects, a documentary movie and a soundtrack to accompany it that will be released sometime soon.

"No gold watches or vacations just yet," he reveals what he's going to do during the break. "I'll be focusing all of my energy on finishing up my Sound City documentary film and album for worldwide release in the very near future. A year in the making, it could be the biggest, most important project I've ever worked on. Get ready...it's coming."

Joey Fatone has become the second contestant to get eliminated from "Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars". Steve Rogers will likely have a new love interest in "Captain America: The Winter Soldier". Deadline shares the words that Marvel Studios has shortlisted five Hollywood beauties to tackle the female lead role in the sequel to "Captain America: The First Avenger".

Those who are reportedly in the running to be Chris Evans' co-star in the film include "Game of Thrones" star Emilia Clarke, "The Five Year Engagement" actress Alison Brie, and "Warm Bodies" beauty Teresa Palmer. "Cherry Wine" marks the second collaboration between Nas and Amy. They previously worked together in "Like Smoke", which was featured in the British diva's 2011 posthumous album "Lioness: Hidden Treasures". Both songs were produced by Salaam Remi, who was also the man behind Amy's albums "Frank" and "Back to Black".

Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Bruno Mars will take part in the upcoming Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The "Boyfriend" hitmaker, the "We Found Love" songstress and the "Locked Out of Heaven" singer are scheduled to perform at the upcoming event which will be taped in New York City and will air December 4 at 10 P.M. ET/PT on CBS.

After airing just a few episodes of "Revolution", "Go On" and "The New Normal", NBC has picked up the three new shows for a full season. It marks the first series of this fall TV season to get full-season pick-ups with nine more episodes to be added to the initially-ordered 13 episodes.

"We're impressed with the imagination and creative direction of the entire team on 'Revolution', not to mention the immediately strong response we got from the audience," says NBC Entertainment president Jennifer Salke of the sci-fi drama from J.J. Abrams, Erik Kripke and Jon Favreau.

Daniel Radcliffe lets out his inner demon in a first photo of his upcoming thriller film "Horns". Making its way out via Entertainment Weekly, the image sees the British actor channeling a character which is a far cry from his signature role as wizard boy Harry Potter. The inevitable renewal of "Boardwalk Empire" has been announced. HBO has ordered the fourth season of the award-winning series which has averaged 2.5 million viewers through the first two episodes of its third season and recently picked four Emmys.

"Terry Winter, Martin Scorsese and the rest of their outstanding team continue to produce a stunning show that never fails to surprise and entertain," said HBO president, HBO Programming, Michael Lombardo. "We are excited to bring this unique series back for a fourth season."

It looks like Carmen Electra has something going on with Simon Cowell after all. The actress has reportedly split from rocker fiance Rob Patterson who popped the question to her four years ago in April 2008.

Words are, Electra and Patterson split last month after they could not sort out some issues in the relationship. They are still in touch with each other but have no intention to get back together. "They have been trying to work things out for a while, but it just wasn't possible," a source told Radar Online.

"Grease" fans may scream in glee for John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John are reuniting for a holiday album called "This Christmas". The on-screen couple sing in an original song called "I Think You Might Like It" which is described in the release as "the sequel to 'You're the One That I Want' ", written by John Farrar, who also penned the famous 1978 "Grease" duet.

"From the moment we decided to to this, magic happened," Travolta said in a statement. "Everyone we contacted agreed to do it." The idea came out after Newton-John sent a Christmastime text message to Travolta to remind him that "You're the One..." had "just become the best-selling duet in pop music history."

TV stars Melanie Lynskey and Jimmi Simpson have decided to end their marriage in a divorce. The "Two and a Half Men" actress filed for divorce from her "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" actor husband on September 25 after five years of marriage.

The divorce papers, which were filed in the L.A. County Superior Court, cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason of the split. The docs, according to TMZ, also stated that both Lynskey and Simpson have waived their rights to spousal support.
