"Grey's Anatomy" fans should not miss the season 8 finale of the show if they want to find out who will return to the next season. After their plane crashed in the middle of a jungle, the fate of Meredith, Cristina, Mark, Derek, Arizona and Lexie are left hanging.

While the former three at least can move, Derek is nowhere to be seen, Arizona seems to be trapped and Lexie looks hurt. Getting panicked, Meredith shouts, "We are going to die out here," and goes on a search for her husband.

Even though he's being hit with one sexual harassment allegation after another, John Travolta is maintaining his innocence. The "Pulp Fiction" star has, through his high-powered attorney Martin Singer, denied Fabian Zanzi's claims that he accosted the former Royal Caribbean cruise ship employee in May 2009.

"This is just another ridiculous claim by someone hopping on the bandwagon to get his 15 minutes of fame with a story about something that supposedly happened over three years ago," said Singer in a statement to Celebuzz. "Significantly, we never heard of this guy before." He added, "The fact that we are only hearing about him now through tabloid gossip stories three years later speaks volumes."

After releasing a hilarious faux political ad for "The Campaign", Warner Bros. Pictures debuts a first trailer for the comedy movie. Featuring Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis in lot of funny scenes, the promo offers a more comprehensive look at their tough rivalry as congressional candidates from North Carolina.

At first, Ferrell's Cam Brady, who looks so ambitious about being a congress member, seems to be dominating the whole campaign and winning the heart of the town's public. His charisma, however, is ruined after Galifianakis' Marty Huggins, who shows off a humble family man persona, shows up as a strong rival.

It's been a while since last news about Carlo Carlie's "Romeo and Juliet" film was broken, and now the film unleashes a very first look at its titular couple via Entertainment Weekly. Portrayed by Hailee Steinfeld and Douglas Booth, the legendary pair are clad in full period costumes while they stare affectionately at each other.

During an interview with the magazine, screenwriter Julian Fellowes gushed about Steinfeld and Booth, "When I saw Douglas Booth in his costume and Hailee Steinfeld, it was clear that we had found a way to retell this most classic of all love stories, with a pair of lovers who really are as young, as pure, and as handsome as I had always wanted them to be."

Danny Elfman has written scores for a bunch of movies, but he doesn't find the experiences of making music for horror movies enjoyable. He voices his thoughts on the matter when doing an interview to celebrate the release of "25th Anniversary Music Box", which he worked with Tim Burton.

During the occasion, the Grammy-winning composer explains that scoring for horror movies is not appealing for him because there's not much of a real challenge in it. He says music in such films usually consists of suspenseful chords and long tension cues, which he "could do in his sleep."

Walt Disney Pictures releases a fresh trailer for its upcoming family drama, "The Odd Life of Timothy Green". Coming out via MSN, the new promo offers a longer look at Jennifer Garner who gets a magical plant boy as her son after she was told that she would never have a child.

Suddenly appearing from the soil, the mysterious boy brings happiness to Garner and her on-screen husband. The boy also brings joy to other people around him, including a dying old man.

Emma Heming has finally offered fans a look at her first child with Bruce Willis. On Thursday, May 10, a little over a month after giving birth to their baby girl, she took to Twitter to post a picture of baby Mabel Ray being cuddled by and getting a kiss on the forehead from her "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" actor husband.

ABC has defended itself from allegations that it rips off "Big Brother" for its new show "Glass House". After CBS filed the lawsuit, the Alphabet released a statement saying, "We believe there is no merit to this lawsuit."

"The differences between Glass House and Big Brother are both fundamental and obvious, ranging from Glass House's interactive elements and audience participation to its deployment of cutting edge technologies," the defendants insisted.

Robert Pattinson has paid homage to director David Cronenberg, who works with him in "Cosmopolis", in a new magazine photo shoot. Ditching his Edward Cullen persona from the "Twilight Saga" film series, the British actor went dark to resemble some provocative poses from Cronenberg's most memorable movies.

Reese Witherspoon's parents are embroiled in an unusual legal drama. The Oscar winner's mother, Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Witherspoon, has accused her husband of 42 years, John, of bigamy and is seeking to annul his new marriage to Tricianne Taylor in a lawsuit filed in Davidson County, Tennessee on Tuesday, May 8.

In her petition for annulment, Betty stated, "No person in Tennessee can marry another while being married at the same time of the second marriage." Amber Riley never confirmed that she's leaving "Glee" after wrapping up the third season. Clarifying speculation over her fate on the show which was first sparked by her own tweet, the 26-year-old actress/singer took to her Twitter again to state, "My tweet apparently has been misconstrued."

"I was not confirming I was leaving the show. Just stating that I would miss being in the classroom everyday with the cast and that would be changing. Lyrics from a new song that features Kanye West have been revealed, and reports suggest he raps about his rumored girlfriend Kim Kardashian. The rhymer sparks marriage rumor by spitting verses which include line, "I could picture you in a white dress."

According to Us Weekly, Kanye raps, "Now she back in the club in a tight dress with dreams of someday wearing a white dress." In the chorus, he rhymes, "Even though I met you in the club in a tight dress/At first sight I could picture you in a white dress."

Howard Stern has weighed in on President Obama's recent revelation on where he stands when it comes to same-sex marriage. During a press conference about his judging duty on "America's Got Talent", the shock jock acknowledged that the U.S. president's declaration is a "good first step, it's a baby step."

Though he credited Obama for expressing support to gay marriage, the 58-year-old told reporters on Thursday, May 10 that he actually wished more from the president. "I wish the president actually had gone further," he admitted. "I wish he had said he was going to back some legislation on the national level."

Amidst the off-air feud between creator Dan Harmon and star Chevy Chase, "Community" has survived the chopping block. NBC has renewed the show for a fourth season consisting of 13 episodes.

Also getting a new shortened season is "30 Rock". The upcoming seventh season will be the last for the show. Alec Baldwin, who had speculated about the end of the show, once said he will return for one last chapter.

Sony Pictures hasn't even finalized a sequel to "The Smurfs", but it already plans a threequel to the 2011 hit animated film. Sources revealed to Variety that the studio has moved forward to develop "The Smurfs 3" and that the script is already in the works.

Details about the third "Smurfs" movie are still scarce for now, but it is said that Sony has tapped "Over the Hedge" scribes Karey Kirkpatrick and Chris Poche to provide the screenplay. Jordan Kerner, who produced "The Smurfs" and "The Smurfs 2", has also signed on for the threequel.

Elton John kept the memory of Adam Yauch alive at a concert recently. Playing a piano, the English singer paid homage to the late Beastie Boys member by dedicating his performance of "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me" to him.

Elton delievered the tribute when performing at the Million Dollar Piano concert which took place at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. In his dedication, he remembered seeing the Beastie Boys on stage at the Greek Theater, Las Vegas in 2007.

Matthew Fox is facing two misdemeanor counts because of his recent arrest. A spokesperson at the Deschutes County, Oregon, District Attorney's office has confirmed that the Charlie Salinger of "Party of Five" was, on Wednesday, May 9, charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license.

The 45-year-old actor got into trouble with the law last Friday, May 4. At the time, he got arrested at 3:23 A.M. in Oregon while on his way to grab a late night dinner at a fast food restaurant. He was originally stopped by the police for failing to drive within a lane and failing to use an appropriate signal. He was released later the same day.

While many movie reviewers have been busy speculating if "The Dark Knight Rises" could surpass the massive success of "The Avengers", director Joss Whedon doesn't seem to see the DC Comics film as a threat. The New York-born director dismissed the rivalry rumors between the two superhero movies by claiming he truly supported Christopher Nolan's final Batman movie.

Though admitting that he "will feel sad" if "Dark Knight Rises" could eclipse the success of "Avengers", Whedon made it clear that there's no competition between his movie and Nolan's. "Let's look at the bigger picture, and I can't say this enough: this is not a zero sum game," the director told Whedonesque. "Our success, whoever has the mostest, are a boon to each other."

ABC has given a new season order to ten shows, "Once Upon a Time", "Revenge", "Suburgatory", "Grey's Anatomy", "Castle", "Modern Family", "The Middle", "The Bachelor", "Dancing with the Stars" and "Shark Tank". The renewals will bring back the first three mentioned shows for their sophomore season.

"Grey's" will return for a ninth season after recently securing the main cast for two more seasons. "Castle" is renewed for a fifth season, while "Modern Family" and "Middle" will be back for a fourth season each. Dating show "Bachelor" secures a seventeenth season, "DWTS" is ordered for a fifteenth season, while "Shark Tank" gets a fourth season.

Allegations of sexual harassment continue to pile up for John Travolta. Before the husband of Kelly Preston manages to shake off the sexual battery and harassment lawsuits filed by two male masseurs, a third man has come forward with an accusation that the actor accosting him while they were aboard Royal Caribbean cruise ship in May 2009.

The accuser was identified as Chilean-born Fabian Zanzi, a former employee on the liner who was at time in charge of VIP guests. Speaking to Chilean TV news show "Primer plano", he detailed that Travolta "said that I had something on my neck, I thought it was lint. When he got close to me, he took off his white robe and he became naked. He hugged me and asked me to give him a massage."

One Direction charm a number of screaming female fans with their romantic lyrics in a live video taken from one of their tour stops. The British boyband serenade the crowd with a love song called "More Than This", which is taken from their debut studio album "Up All Night".

The video will be included in the boydband's "Up All Night: The Live Tour DVD" that is set to hit stores across the United States on May 29. Five days prior, they will kick off North American leg of their roadshow in Fairfax, Virginia. Due to overwhelming demand, they set up a headlining concert at Madison Square Garden on December 3.

Though Johnny Depp and Tim Burton are famously known for collaborating in various quirky-themed movies, the two admitted that they never intentionally aimed to make "weird" films. While some people criticized their latest cinematic collaboration, "Dark Shadows", for being too weird, Depp and Burton defended the film by claiming that their goal was not to spark controversy with their creation.

"I think that we get sparked by challenges," Burton told MTV News about his idea for the soap opera-adapted movie. "Sometimes the challenges might be a bit abstract, like this one. Most people who know 'Dark Shadows' or don't know 'Dark Shadows', really don't care. For me, it was something I was interested in trying. It's always just about the idea."

TIME magazine is raising a lot of eyebrows with the cover photo of its newest issue. Displaying a young mother breastfeeding her three-year-old son, the cover image quickly attracted media attention, sparked online debate about attachment parenting and drew mixed reactions from a number of celebrities.

"Cougar Town" is officially moving to TBS. Following speculation about the acquisition, the cable channel announced on Thursday, May 10 that it has snagged the comedy series from ABC and ordered a 15-episode fourth season which will premiere in early 2013.

Describing the stars' feelings right now, executive producer Bill Lawrence told E! Online, "The cast, they are all over the moon!" He shared, "Not only do they like their job, but the best they could have gotten was 13 episodes on ABC. They are getting a high-profile launch, which goes 15 episodes and TBS bought all the other 60 episodes we made, so they are super excited."

Bristol Palin voices her opinion of Barack Obama's stand on same-sex marriage following Wednesday, May 9 press conference. The daughter of former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin posted an anti gay marriage blog entry that suggests that the U.S. president is weak for allowing his daughters influence his opinion on gay marriage.

"While it's great to listen to your kids' ideas, there's also a time when dads simply need to be dads. In this case, it would've been helpful for him to explain to Malia and Sasha that while her friends parents are no doubt lovely people, that's not a reason to change thousands of years of thinking about marriage," Palin wrote on her blog.

Rihanna and Chris Brown are in the hot water once again as a new track he recently released allegedly offended her. Rihanna has unfollowed her ex-boyfriend, whom she collaborated with in the extended version of "Birthday Cake", after his remix of Kanye West's "Way Too Cold" emerges.

In Brown's version, the freestyle says, "Don't f**k with my old bitch it's like a bad fur/ Every industry n***a done had her/ Shook the tree like a pumpkin just to smash her/ Bitch is breaking codes, but I'm the password." Many assumed he was talking about Rihanna and the pop star seemed to think so too.

The chance that "Grey's Anatomy" would return for a ninth season is getting bigger. The mains cast such as Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey, Sandra Oh, Justin Chambers, James Pickens Jr. and Chandra Wilson have reportedly signed new contracts.

Per Deadline, not only these actors have renewed their contracts but they are also re-upped for two more years. With the lead actors on board, season nine is looking bright although ABC is yet to officially order the upcoming season(s).
