Marc Cherry is not going anywhere after "Desperate Housewives" ends its run this coming spring. The creator of the long-running drama comedy series has set up a new soap at ABC, which is airing the Eva Longoria-starring show.

Cherry's new project is called "Devious Maids" and revolves around four Latina housekeepers who are based in Beverly Hills. The hourlong soap itself is an adaptation of a Mexican telenovela titled "The Disorderly Maids of the Neighborhood".

The story of Shia LaBeouf's street fight in Vancouver, Canada continues to unravel. Shortly after a video of the "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" star being beaten to the ground surfaced, the man who tried to calm him down after the altercation came forward and claimed that the actor made a knife threat on him.

Telling his side of the story to TMZ, the man who is identified as Shea Carter said that before the beatdown, he saw LaBeouf drunkenly swaying into several patrons inside the Cinema Public House bar. When one man calmly told the 25-year-old to watch out, he replied, "Oh yea? Or what? What are you going to do about it?"

Kanye West is going to follow the footsteps of Young Money by releasing an all-star album featuring artists from his own label. "GOODMUSIC.THE ALBUM.SPRING2012," the rap mogul tweeted the info on Wednesday, October 19.

No other details were offered, but the teaser had long been given by Kanye. When the "Heartless" rapper launched his ground-breaking music campaign "G.O.O.D Friday" last year, he dropped a bunch of songs which were crowded with featured guests like Common and John Legend.

Russell Crowe has given some tidbits from "Man of Steel" which is currently filming in Vancouver. The actor who plays the titular character's Kryptonian father Jor-El posted some tweets about doing a fighting scene with Michael Shannon's villainous character, General Zod.

Taking to his Twitter account on Wednesday, October 19, Crowe shared that General Zod is an enemy who is very hard to defeat. He wrote, "15km bike ride, umpteen hours fighting Michael Shannon. He's very hard to put down." When a fan asked him who wins the fight, Crowe replied, "Hard to tell who wins, we are still fighting tomorrow."

"Pretty Little Liars" may kill off another character when it returns in January. A newly released promo sees Emily being worried that they were almost killed, but at another moment she contemplates about getting a revenge. The sneak peek to the winter premiere also teases a missing person and a revelation of a mysterious person's identity.

The thriller drama series is currently in hiatus since airing the August 30 episode where Jenna and Garrett confessed that they were behind Alison's death. The case is not necessarily closed as executive producer Oliver Goldstick teased, "Either 'A' piggybacked on the Jenna/Garrett of it all, or Jenna and Garrett are 'A - that's part of what we're putting out there. There's the possibility that these two - and possibly another - are 'A'."

Jon Bon Jovi is helping to fight hunger in New Jersey without the stigma of a soup kitchen. On Wednesday, October 19, the lead singer of rock band Bon Jovi opened The JBJ Soul Kitchen, a new charity restaurant in the borough of Red Bank that features a "pay-what-you-can" system.

Located in a former auto body shop near the Red Bank train station in central New Jersey, the diner specializes in healthy variations on classic soul food dishes. It provides gourmet-quality meals to the hungry, and in exchange, diners can either pay a suggested donation or perform volunteer work in the restaurant or in the community.

A new clip for "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" has landed online. The brand new clip sees the flaming cursed biker suddenly appears to save a woman who is nearly murdered by several thugs. He is seen flying over with his motorbike and then staring at the bad guys as if he wants to bust their heads.

Nicolas Cage has presented the exclusive new clip at the 2011 Scream Awards last Saturday, October 15. During the awarding event, which aired on Spike TV last Tuesday, October 18, the 47-year-old actor also received a special honor of Maverick Award.

Contrary to recent report, Joseph Gordon-Levitt didn't not make out with Scarlett Johansson. A representative for the John Blake of "The Dark Knight Rises" has slammed the hook-up rumor by telling Celebuzz, "Joseph wasn't even in N.Y.C. the night that Us Weekly is reporting they were spotted together."

Words ran rampant earlier that things might be heating up between Joseph and Scarlett. In its new issue, Us Weekly reported that the two Hollywood stars were spotted making out in the Big Apple in September. One eyewitness spilled, "They were kissing," before adding, "They were very lovey."

Justin Timberlake might not release a new album anytime soon, but it doesn't mean that he quits music. The former NSYNC member has lent his vocals to "Role Model", a song performed by FreeSol, and appears in its accompanying music video.

Instead of singing like he usually did as a featured guest for other artists, the "Friends With Benefits" star delivers fiery rap lines in this project. He's wandering around a rundown building with the band's members while throwing some fake punches to the camera.

Garrett Hedlund might be a manga-based hero in live-action remake of Japanese anime "Akira". Variety reported that Warner Bros. Pictures has given a green light to the project, and is eyeing the "Tron Legacy" actor to tackle one of the two male lead roles.

No official offer has been made to Hedlund, but some insiders revealed that it will be made soon. Multiple sources added that the project will begin the production in late February or early March 2012, with Spanish director Jaume Collet-Serra replacing Albert Hughes to take on the helming duty.

Two of the best in their own fields are joining forces for a new TV show. Sources say Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger are currently attached to an untitled 1970s rock 'n' roll project which is in development and has got attention from HBO.

Another notable name working on the project is Terence Winter. The creator and executive producer of "Boardwalk Empire" has turned in a script for the show and is slated to executive produce as well as write the pilot.

Daniel Baldwin's wife gets the divorce ball rolling once again. According to TMZ, Joanne Baldwin has filed a fresh set of divorce papers in Oregon. The news came just a few months after her "Mulholland Falls" actor husband put their separation on hold by withdrawing his petition.

Just a few days after releasing "Niggas in Paris" freestyle, Chris Brown quickly follows it up with an accompanying music video. The viral clip shows Breezy putting on a werewolf mask and howling to the camera. He is also goofing around with T-Pain and unleashing his fangs.

A few days away from the premiere of "Once Upon a Time", the first nine minutes of the first episode have been made available for viewing pleasure. What was supposed to be a happy ending, however, is ruined when the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) interrupts the couple's wedding.

The story then jumps to the present when bail bonds collector Emma (Jennifer Morrison) dates a guy only to capture him. Returning home to celebrate her birthday alone, Emma gets a surprise when a boy named Henry (Jared Gilmore) shows up on her doorway and says that he is her son.

Ashley Greene has officially become the new face of DKNY. On Wednesday, October 19, the fashion label announced that the Alice Cullen of "Twilight Saga" has signed an exclusive one-year agreement to represent DKNY Jeans in its ad campaigns as well as to serve as the brand-ambassador for DKNY.

Justin Bieber has high hope for his upcoming Christmas album "Under the Mistletoe". Already having his fair share of chart-busting records, the "Never Say Never" singer, this time around, wishes the album does not just turn into a chart breaker but also becomes a work that people would remember.

In an interview with MTV, Bieber reveals that he's inspired by Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men who both are featured in the upcoming CD. He joins forces with the R&B diva in a cover of her holiday classic "All I Want for Christmas Is You", and teams up with the R&B group in a track titled "Fa La La".

Matt Damon has landed a new movie project that will likely mark his directorial debut. The "True Grit" actor has signed on to direct an untitled drama, which screenplay he co-wrote with "Monsters vs. Aliens" actor John Krasinski.

The drama is reportedly set in the vein of 2000's legal drama "Erin Brockovich", that brings Julia Roberts to win the Oscar for Best Actress. The plot focuses on a salesman, played by Damon, who comes to a small town where his life changes. The idea of the story is developed by Krasinski and author Dave Eggers.

Derek Hough got involved in a minor fender bender last Tuesday, October 18, and apparently came close to calling police. The incident happened outside STK, where the "Dancing with the Stars" cast were throwing an after-show party. The pro dancer was waiting to valet his Audi when he got rammed by another man in a Porsche.

Speaking of the accident that left his car with a few scrapes, the 26-year-old told Marc Malkin of E! the next morning, "He hit me, and then he tried to kind of see me, and he pretty much nearly hit me again!" He continued on recalling that when the man got out of his car, "he was like, 'Dancing With the Stars! Derek Hough!' "

Coldplay appear as four elephant dudes in a music video for their latest single "Paradise". The story begins when Chris Martin, wearing the animal costume, escapes his cage somewhere in the city and embarks on a long journey to find his three brothers.

"Paradise" is taken from Coldplay's new album "Mylo Xyloto". The song opens with gentle tune which is followed by some catchy punch along the way. "When she was just a girl, she expected the world/ But it flew away from her reach, and bullets catch in her teeth," Chris croons.

It has been reported by Slash Film that Warner Bros. Pictures will attach a six-minute prologue of "The Dark Knight Rises" to the IMAX release of "Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol" in December. Following the news, Official "The Dark Knight Rises" Community on Facebook has obtained details about the possible scene in the prologue.

A user named Luke Ford claimed that [SPOILER ALERT!] the scene is set in a prison in India where Bane tells another prisoner that something is coming for him. Suddenly, a massive amount of ninjas attack the prison and they fight with the guards who have bullied Bane. The leader of the ninjas sets Bane free and says that the ninjas know Bane's DNA makes him impervious to pain. Bane then befriends the ninjas. After the epic battle scene, the credits rolls with the Bat symbol rising through flames.

NBC has set a premiere date for "Fear Factor". Years after it was canceled, the reality game show will return on the peacock on Monday, December 12 with a two-hour premiere, taking over "The Sing Off" slot after the singing competition show wraps its latest season on December 5.

NBC has additionally given a first taste of the challenging stunts by releasing first pictures of the revamped show. Making their way out via Entertainment Weekly, the photos give a sneak peek at some explosive stunts and a challenge involving black goo and scorpions. Some other stunts, which contestants have to get through to win a $50,000 prize, include the ones called "Towering Inferno" and the "Helicopter TNT Crash".

A new trailer for FOX's brand new series "Alcatraz" has landed online. Shorter than the first promo released a few months ago, the new sneak peek offers less scenes but manages to tease the action, mystery and drama to be conveyed by the J.J. Abrams-executive produced show.

True to the title, the series revolves around Alcatraz and the mysterious reappearance of its inhabitants in the present after they were gone missing decades ago. A team is assigned to investigate the case, trying to keep the country safe from history's most dangerous criminals.

Rihanna's "We Found Love" music video has been premiered in full. Directed by Melina Matsoukas, the clip sees how the Barbados beauty is caught up in the rapture of love, and gets addicted to the point it turns dangerous. The joy and happiness turn sour when she and her lover fail to make it through. Everything falls apart and turns from bad to worse that the only way out is letting it go.

"It's like you screaming and no one can hear," her feelings are explained. "You almost feel ashamed, that someone could be that important, that without them you feel like nothing. No one will ever understand how much it hurts. You feel hopeless, but nothing can save you, and when it's over and it's gone, you almost wish that you can almost have that bad stuff back so you can have the good."

Soulja Boy was arrested Tuesday, October 18 morning on marijuana and gun possession charges. The 21-year-old rapper, however, is adamant he's innocent. In fact, he proclaimed his innocence to his screaming fans when he walked out of jail after posting a $10,000 bond later that day.

Carson Kressley has made an admission that Anna Trebunskaya was not his first choice to dance with on "Dancing with the Stars". Appearing on "Good Morning America" a day after he was voted off the competition, the fashion expert revealed that he initially wanted to be paired with Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

"I was kind of hoping for Maks. I was like, 'Wait, you're not Maks," he said while comparing the show to online dating where people do not know their partners until they meet. Lindsay Lohan returned to court for a progress hearing on Wednesday, October 19, and drew attention with her bizarre makeup. Photos of the troubled actress at the Airport Branch Courthouse in Los Angeles show that she applied brown shade of blusher to her cheeks and went heavy on the eye shadow.

Instead of creating the effect of hollowed cheekbones, the 25-year-old's makeup gave the impression that she had bruises marring the side of her face.
