Two troubled stars in Hollywood are likely to have a get-together if Lindsay Lohan has her way. After the 2011 Video Music Awards wrapped up on Sunday night, August 28, the former "Mean Girls" star sent an invite to Chris Brown by simply tweeting, "@chrisbrown wanna meet?"

The 25-year-old actress who takes on the role of April Booth in "Machete" posted the invitation after being left impressed by the "I Can Transform Ya" singer's performance at the awards show. Just hours earlier, she wrote on her Twitter page, "@ChrisBrown killed it. #MTVVMAs."

More footage featuring performances from the live telecast of 2011 MTV Video Music Awards hit the web. Jay-Z and Kanye West collaborated in Otis Redding-assisted single "Otis" which is taken from their joint album "Watch the Throne".

Lil Wayne crooned his ballad track "How to Love" before spitting his "John" verses. The rapper catered the star-studded crowd near the end of the show. His performance was introduced by fellow Young Money MC, Drake.

An extended promo for "Sons of Anarchy" season 4 has provided the first glimpse of Danny Trejo who lands a guest role. While details of his character remain scarce, main actor Ron Perlman once said that the "Machete" star will have a season-long arc that will be "powerful".

Another star tapped to making guest appearance in the upcoming season is David Hasselhoff. The "Baywatch" vet will play a well-endowed ex-porn star, Dondo, who is now making money by producing lesbian adult films.

Beyonce Knowles' first pregnancy is likely to affect the production of "A Star Is Born". While Warner Bros. Pictures hope to begin filming as early as February 2012, an insider told Deadline that the studio "could push" the production due to the Grammy-winning songstress' pregnancy.

With the remake project being postponed, director Clint Eastwood will now have more time to look for a suitable male co-star to play opposite the wife of Jay-Z. Eastwood has been considering several A-listers, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Christian Bale and Will Smith, to be paired with Knowles but no deal has yet to be sealed.

Justin Bieber has remixed fellow Canadian artist Drake. The 17-year-old pop singer reworked Drizzy's ballad song "Trust Issues" by keeping the original beat intact and leaving the rapping part to the Young Money MC. He, however, alters the lyrics to make them more PG-rated.

Instead crooning "I'mma sip until I feel it, I'mma smoke it till it's done" like in the original version, Bieber sings, "I'mma sing until I feel it, I'mma go till it's done." He continues to tone down the verses with, "You just need to listen, I'll teach you how to fix it/ But you're the only one, 'cause I don't trust these women/ I don't, I don't trust these women."

"R.I.P.D." might have already begun its filming. Although the production of the supernatural action movie was reportedly set to start in mid-September in Boston, Collider has brought out a footage of Marisa Miller and James Hong filming a scene at Fenway Park over the weekend.

A reader named Mark, who shot the short clip, informed the site that the footage was taken during a match between the Red Sox and the A's last Saturday, August 27. In a companion note, he wrote, "Marissa Miller and James Hong were doing a scene when she leads him though the isle I was sitting in."

The summer finale of "Pretty Little Liars" will give more hints about who Alison's killer is. Creator/executive producer Marlene King recently teased that the upcoming outing will give viewers an "insight into the night Alison disappeared and who killed Alison."

"The jaw-dropping moments are those revelations," she told TV Guide, without saying if the murderer's identity will eventually be unveiled. Although the episode will offer answers to that question, more mysteries may be unleashed since King teased, "The finale answers more questions than any other finale we've ever done -- but it raises a few big questions."

Beyonce Knowles delivered a solid performance when taking the stage during MTV Video Music Awards at LA's Nokia Theater. The R&B diva sang a soulful retro song called "Love on Top" which is taken from her new album "4". She closed her set by proudly showing off her baby bump.

The pregnant singer wore a glittery tux jacket on top of a white t-shirt matched with black pants and towering heels. At the end of the performance, she unbuttoned her jacket and rubbed her growing belly. Her hubby Jay-Z and fellow artist Lady GaGa were captured on camera cheering on her.

Kendra Wilkinson claims to have overcome her battle against post-partum depression. Nearly two years after giving birth to her first son with husband Hank Baskett, the former girlfriend of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner told PEOPLE last Saturday, August 27 that she has been back being herself again.

"[After I had a baby,] I felt like I had to be a different person. I had to be conservative and wear turtlenecks and be someone that I wasn't," recalled the 26-year-old when met at Wet Republic pool party at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. "Now that I have my body back and I feel good again, I have the perfect amount of balance. It's all about finding the balance."

MTV has released the midseason trailer that gives glimpses of Snooki's breakdown moment and her heated argument with some of her castmates.

Snooki is seen crying a lot and throwing a bottle at The Situation. JWoww yells at Snooki over her cranky behavior, prompting DJ Pauly D to say, "Stop the drama." Meanwhile, Vinny Guadagnino confesses the situation in their Italian house is like hell.

Tokyo apparently has something to do with Nicki Minaj's head-turning outfit at this year's MTV Video Music Awards. The "Fly" raptress generated buzz when hitting the black carpet on Sunday (August 28) night, wearing a metal dress with a pink tutu that she combined with colorful socks and leg warmers.

When asked about her eclectic fashion choice, the 28-year-old told reporters backstage,"Tokyo inspires this outfit." The singer, who completed her bizzare look with a soft-serve ice cream necklace, a Japanese face mask and a pink, yellow and orange wig, went on to elaborate her answer, "You know, Harajuku is something I have been absorbing for a very long time."

Amy Winehouse tribute at the 28th annual MTV Video Music Awards was led by Tony Bennett, Russell Brand and Bruno Mars. First, it was Brand who took the mic to remember the late singer. "She was a mate of mine and tragically this year we lost her," he said.

"First time I met her, she was kind of like a daft, dopey person, just wandering around a little bit crazy, like a lot of people who are drawn to big cities with a peculiar, unknowable talent," he went on. "That incredible, extraordinary voice coming from that crazy person, a person I knew would wander stinking of the booze, a loopy, loose-cannon person - I thought, 'How can that be coming out of her?' New pictures from behind-the-scene of 'Prometheus" have landed online. Coming out via AlienPrequelNews, one of the image shows a giant engine which the site described as a "huge lifter". The engine is believed to be the one seen at the right side of an official photo from the movie.

The second image, meanwhile, gives a look at some kind of a futuristic metal van. Glimpses of this vehicle were previously obtained at the San Diego Comic Con 211 last July.

Jason Castro can officially add father to his resume. The singer, who finished fourth on season 7 of "American Idol", and wife Mandy welcomed their first child together on Sunday, August 28, and he has since taken to Twitter to share a photo of himself holding his baby girl.

In a caption explaining the photo, the 24-year-old simply wrote, "Daddy's girl." "The Hunger Games" sneak peek has been debuted exclusively at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, showing an intense scene from the movie. It gives a look at Katniss Everdeen running in the woods as she is trying to survive the deadly games.

Katniss' friend Gale Hawthorne helps pump up her spirit during the competition as his voice echoes in her head. "Listen to me, You're stronger than they are. You are. They just want a good show. That's all they want. You know how to hunt. Show them how good you are," he tells her. The clip ends with Katniss unleashing an arrow from her bow.

All winners of 2011 MTV Video Music Awards have been revealed. Taking home the top honor is none other than Katy Perry. The "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" hitmaker won Video of the Year, bringing home a total of three prizes.

In winning the top honor, Katy beat Adele, Beastie Boys, Bruno Mars and Best New Artist winner Tyler, the Creator. She previously bagged Best Collaboration and Best Special Effects, both thanks to her Kanye West-featuring video for "E.T."

A sneak peek to the first episode of "Bones" season 7 has been debuted, showing how Booth treats Brennan now that she is having their child. Trying to be protective, Booth wants Brennan to hand over the case she is carrying but she tells him that the baby is safe.

Although Booth and Brennan are now a couple and expectant parents, executive producer Stephen Nathan has said that they "are essentially the same exact characters." He went on detailing, "They're going to disagree on everything they disagreed about before, including how to approach their lives together, religion, family and now how to approach having a child."

Kim Kardashian might have thrown one over-the-top wedding when marrying NBA star husband Kris Humphries recently, but it's nothing if compared to British heiress Petra Ecclestone's nuptials. The daughter of Formula One CEO Bernie Ecclestone reportedly spent $5 million for her Saturday (August 27) nuptials.

Adam Levine has got an applaud for calling out MTV on the eve of its 28th Video Music Awards. The Maroon 5 lead singer tweeted on Saturday, August 27 that the VMAs were the "one day a year when MTV pretends to still care about music", and apparently Busta Rhymes couldn't agree more.

Shelly's family began receiving death threats after she voted to evict Jeff last week, during which another contestant Daniele Donato was also sent home. Sources said Shelly's family has received numerous phone calls from people threatening violence acts against her husband and 8-year-old daughter.

Nicki Minaj's "Fly" music video has made its way out for fans' viewing pleasure. Featuring Rihanna who lends her vocals on the hook, the long-delayed clip was released in full on MTV.com soon after being previewed on the black carpet of 2011 Video Music Awards at LA's Nokia Theater.

The Young Money femcee opens the video in style by riding a luxurious vehicle. Rocking a pink pixie-cut wig and a long flowing lavender dress, she makes a stop in a plane wreck. She then changes into a leopard-colored wig and bronze-colored outfit with bubble skirt. She is joined by Roc Nation singer RiRi who wears a long-sleeved mini outfit.
